What is the outcome for our tax payment after EPF contribution less 3% ?

Here is my investment blog.
Mainly on value investment.

 

if you earn less then rm6250 per months, then you need to pay more tax.

if you earn more then rm6250, then you pay same tax.

The RM6000 tax deduction for EPF is not purely for EPF contribution. Those RM6000 include both EPF contribution and life insurance.
In other words, that person in Case B might be paying the same income tax if he has another amount from life insurance.
