I believed most of you are very familiar with the company call Vitrox (semiconductor manufacturer). Share price is increased since beginning of year 2017 and speed up again after declared of corporate exercise with bonus share issue.

Now I'm target to another star - Foundpac Group Berhad, this company principally engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, marketing and sale of precision engineering parts for semiconductor manufacturer, outsourced semiconductor test and assembly companies.

Recently there is quite some number of share is traded during off market. The most recent one is traded in price 0.95 and 0.85. But as at today, we still yet to know who the actual buyer is? Government link agency? Institution? Or other bigger semiconductor manufacturer? One of the listed companies ACME SKY had acquired 8.92% of share in last month. But, most of the share is still remain hold by FPGROUP directors.

Why FPGROUP may another outstanding star for semiconductor in future;

1) Broadcom Limited, one of the world's largest wireless chip makers, has set up a RM59m global distribution warehouse at Batu Kawan, penang. As you know, Broadcom is the main customer for FPGROUP. The set up of Broadcom in Penang is value added to FPGROUP.

2) Promising profit of RM9m for 2 financial year after invest in Dynamic Stencil (DSSB). Other than that, top management also mentioned the next financial year profit will be increased by double digit in term of percentage.

3) Corporate activity with bonus share issue up to 148m unit of shares.

4) Strong in USD currency and overall good performance for worldwide semiconductor manufacturer.

But no matter how, the share price performance is still depend to the next quarter company profit. Current PE is in high range. But we remain positive to this share with the recent company activities.
