Of course, MA1963 makes a lot of different. Besides the most important resources like oil and gas belong to Sarawak/Sabah, economics with self autonomous are equally important. Example, have own financial institutions, etc and this would create employments for the locals as opposed to now all are centralized and branches are mostly used as stations for marketing.
