According to a study done by NTUC Learning Hub, although most employees are open to company-offered and external L&D training, more than half said that they have not been attending or enrolling training because they don't have time and have a heavy workload. Employee sentiment towards L&D is also in a downward trajectory. How should employers make employees interested in L&D again?
One of the ways is to make employees' learning experience fun, engaging and rewarding. This is by using game-like elements in the training, also known as Gamification.
Arun Nagarajah, the founder of eVULX, a digital simulation developer that focuses on creating digital games for corporate learning and development tells us the significance and impact of gamifying the whole training experience.
