MKH (6114): Bullish

Pattern: Rounding Bottom Breakout

There are a lot of bullish movements going on in the market since Jan 2017 such as JHM, SENDAI, SIME, MIECO, HIBISCSC, AWC, ARANK, PENTA, etc...A few of them might have reached the initial target price but the majority are still in the incipient phase of the bullish movement, suitable for scale in or second chance entry.

Do monitor your stocks for entry trigger or scale in and have proper trade management for each stock.

Alright, enough for the recap and let's start with MKH weekly chart first.

MKH Weekly Chart

As seen above, MKH just broke out from the rounding bottom last week and it is on its way to test the 4.0 resistance, which is also its first target price, as indicated on the daily chart below based on the projection of the rounding bottom pattern.

MKH Daily Rounding Bottom Chart

If you are looking for some leverage, MKH has a warrant WB (expire in Dec 2017) for your consideration, with an exercise price of 1.89, which is deep in the money. Hence there is a slight discount. Its gearing is 2.5, which is pretty decent for trading purpose.

Should MKH hit 4.0, MKH-WB should become 2.1, which is another 65% upside.

I am bullish on MKH when the neckline is holding up.

@Apollo Ang The upside is there...There are various entries trigger for people to take...A backtest of the neckline is one of them...Else, you can refer back to my previous posts, there are a couple pending breakout.

@Beary Is that really obvious? haha. I wish I have the influence power to push up the stocks by simply writing a post here, lol...

The liquidity of MKH is enough for a retailer like me to trade. Don't really need to post here to attract some volume.
