One of the ingredient to be happy is to be THANKFUL. Change the way we focus, we could change the way we feel about lives.

It is a reminder to myself to be grateful ... and appreciate many people and things I am having.

BJ CORP - THE BERKSHIRE OF ASIA DECLARED a ONE CENT DIVIDEND - People complained.

CALVIN TAN IS THANKFUL. Why?

You See BJ CORP is US 20 cents and give a dividend

While BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY is US$200,000 (RM630,000) & Didn't Give any!

A 20 Cents (US) Share give dividend while a US$200K is giving none at all.

CALVIN IS HAPPY INDEED!
