afternoon update on HSIF:

I am very keen to factor in more news to organize my HSIF trading this week. I just got confirm info from my fren who is head of foreign exchange at US that most foreign exchange house have raised their lowest Initial Margin(IM) rates for AUD, DKK,EUR,GBP,JPY,INR,NZD to 6% net plus MXN to 20% net until 11th of November. This is to address any significant chance of price dislocation & potentially illiquid conditions from 8th to 9th November poll result.

At Hangseng futures front it is interesting to see Hangseng followed US to undergo quick reversal to hit 22,707 & 22,743 level (which updated in the morning).To recap 22,000 is the immediate support and I will continue to examine the strength of strong support at 21,950. BASED ON WHATEVER COUNTING, MOTHER OF CHART PRESENT TO US THAT FROM LOWEST POINT 18,217 CLIMB TO 24,374 IS ABOUT 6200 PTS AND I AM PRETTY CONFIDENT TO USE THE 38.2% FIBON (LOCATED AT 22,000) FOR MY IMMEDIATE SUPPORT.

Look at the sensitive daily chart all common sma such as 10 and 20 have been broken. Not so far to 100 sma (believe short covering partially done at this area 22,440).

Using 31 Oct lowest (22,707)as critical pivot point it hit 23,286 and pull back to continue Institutions and global shorties game , hence, I can be pretty sure they set 22,333 level to close their previous shorting. Since 22,333(shorting closing target) is very near to 22,000 I opine MM will continue to overwrite any weak rebound from that region until trend movement finish.

Conclusion: To continue short the market while checking any insignificant push factor to make "Naked" short covering happen.
