以下是东益电子最近所发布的文告：
红色长方格内的究竟是谁？
这么积极究竟又为何事？
原来是公司第1、3、4、5、14及25大股东。
原来这段时间，他们在公开市场好积极交易。
而且主要是在卖。
都集中在这4天【当然，不排除昨天今天也有，也许还未发布】。
难道他们都预先知道了？
更怪异的是，公司今天宣布派息。
难道他们之前都会不知道公司即将派息吗？
常言道，春江水暖鸭先知。
身为公司的董事，肯定是已经有这手消息了。
不过，他们还是选择在派息前，大举抛售。
在政治因素笼罩下，富时大马综合指数昨日就总共下挫40.81点或2.43%至1635.63点。
然后选择在创下28个月来最高单日跌幅隔天，投资者依然人心惶惶之际宣布派息。
