Today Malaysia has 11,079 new cases, the most cases in a single day.
Currently Covid 19 cases is still surging rapidly in Malaysia. The Government has been trying various methods to prevent Covid 19. The Government is faced with the difficulty of making the decision to lockdown or not to lockdown, where to lockdown, when to lockdown and not to lockdown essential industries, which is considered essential industries etc because MCO lockdown can affect so many people and investors. That is why so many politicians, NGOs and ordinary people making proposals and most commentators are opposing lockdown because MCO affects everybody, business operation and our economy.
My unbiased opinion
MCO affects everybody and listed companies. As I have already cashed from the stock market, I can express my unbiased opinion to stop the spread of Covid 19.
Chinese proven method
Saving human lives is more important than economy.
Our government should follow the Chinese proven method of controlling the spread of Covid 19. China considers saving human lives is paramount important, more important than the economy. As soon as a few Covid 19 cases appeared in Wuhan, the Authorities lockdown the whole city. The Covid 19 patients were immediately confined and all the people who were in contact with the patients 2 weeks before were tested to see if any of them also had Covid 19.
The Authorities immediately issued mandatory order of wearing face masks in public and practice social distancing. Until no more increase of Covid 19 cases, the city remained lockdown.
China has a total of 92,066 Covid 19 cases and 4,636 deaths. The daily new Covid 19 cases can be countered with your fingers as show by the chart below.
Malaysia Covid 19 cases: Today Malaysia has 11,079 new cases, the most cases in a single day.
We have a total of 845,296 cases and 6,260 deaths. As shown on the above chart, the number of new cases is still surging-7 days average 8,457 cases. Malaysia has more Covid 19 cases than China. Recently Malaysia had the most Covid 19 cases per capita in the world.
As I said many a time, managing the country is like managing hundreds of business operations in every town and city. Good managers produce good result and bad managers produce bad result. Based on the surging of Covid 19 cases, our government is obviously very inefficient.
Why foreign Investors are leaving Malaysia?
The number of Covid 19 new cases surging simply means Malaysia has bad management. That is why many foreign investors are leaving Malaysia as reported below.
The Japanese, German and Dutch Investors told Muhyiddin that they may leave Malaysia.
At least three international business communities in Malaysia have expressed their concerns towards the government’s poor Covid-19 response.
They are the Japanese Chamber of Trade & Industry Malaysia (JACTIM) and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO); the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK); and the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC).

One must see why Covid has been out of control lately! Selangor factories! Which also employ migrants! Which already spread to N. Sembilan since you can't differentiate N. Sembilan Selangor borders! You cannot apply general assumption here! Because other states have seen drastic drop!

Barring the talks of useful approaches to combat against covid-19 by China, China Sinovac (approved by WHO) is the cheapest vaccines among the three should be used by Malaysia. Pfizer is too expensive - not viable for Malaysia on sustainability of healthcare expenses if covid were to prolong - Astra Zeneca - cases of reported side effects and not approved by European countries.

The country is extremely concerned with "face saving" and image. So, whatever data is reported should be taken wth a pinch of salt... One thing that strucked me is why is there many stories of vaccinations, movement restrictions and masking going on, as can be seen from recent social media videos, if there are no covid cases...Availability of alternative media like the Apple Daily which was forced to close down, would have give reassurance of whatever data made is available to the world...

Do u know, that when Selangor Govt allocate Rm 500m for fighting Covid19, there are actually 1.5 years behind the Federal Govt budget allocations of Rm 16b for fighting covid leh ??
The need for the xtra Rm 500m from Selangor Govt is bcos of clear failure & weaknesses of Federal Govt mah, thus selangor need to stand up n come up with their own initiatives to supplement the Federal Govt.
Since Selangor Govt just started, they need to overcome some barriers set up by Federal govt like for example preventing states govt procuring their own vaccines loh!
Surely u can only see result of selangor govt initiatives 2 to 3 mths down the road after addressing some of barrier set up by the federal govt loh!
