Profit growth prospect is the powerful catalyst to push up stock price. For example, a cash rich property stock, even if the stock is selling below its NTA, its share price will not go up because investors do not want to buy it.

KYY recommendation at 62 sen could be too late
For your info - Big speculators first collected at 20 sen and subsequently accumulated at 38 sen
At 62 sen, they are sitting with paper profit more than 60%. Even when they sell down to 38 sen, they still in the positive side
Buying at 62 sen is a piece of cake, but getting out of your position with a good profit may be tough. Most likely greedy retailers could end up holding their losses and become a `reluctant long term investor' :C

KYY say both Hiap Teck and AYS have good profit growth rate and AYS is priced above RM 0.80 and Hiap Teck is priced below RM 0.69, so price wise, which is better...
