KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 7): Litrak Trans Kota Holdings Bhd is set to be delisted on Sept 12 from the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

In a bourse filing on Thursday, Litrak said its entire issued share capital will be removed from the official list, in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.

The group has been classified as a cash company after it disposed of its 100% stake in Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd for RM2.326 billion cash, and its 50% interest in Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat Sdn Bhd (Sprint), to Amanat Lebuhraya Rakyat Bhd.

MALAKOFF Corp Bhd, an energy, environment and waste management company that has been around for almost half a century, is evolving with the country’s needs to keep up with the times.

Litrak shares were suspended on Aug 9 to facilitate the capital repayment involving a cash distribution of 50.63 sen for each share held or a total sum of RM275.78 million.

The counter was last traded at 51 sen, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM277.7 million.
