开发海洋城．购槟港口51%．MMC港口资产添魅力

MMC机构宣布探讨联合开发雪州加厘岛港口海洋城，并增购槟城港口其余51%股权，分析员认为，这将进一步增加旗下港口资产吸引力，取得潜在辅助效益及溢价优势，唱好其未来业务发展潜能。
（吉隆坡4日讯）MMC机构（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服组）宣布探讨联合开发雪州加厘岛港口海洋城，并增购槟城港口其余51%股权，分析员认为，这将进一步增加旗下港口资产吸引力，取得潜在辅助效益及溢价优势，唱好其未来业务发展潜能。
港口资产拟2018年上市
MIDF研究指出，该公司有意将旗下港口资产在2018年上市，上述计划将进一步加强其港口资产的吸引力。“随着MMC机构增购槟城港口的其余股权，使它持有5个港口资产，包括槟城港口、北港、柔佛港口、丹绒柏拉巴斯港口及马六甲港口。”
兴业研究说，虽然MMC机构截至2017财政年净负债率71%有点偏高，不过，预料该公司的强劲资产负债表，将可支撑有关发展计划，特别是它旗下港口资产及联营计划，可能于2018／2019年进行上市。
兴业研究表示，预料MMC机构于2017至2019年的盈利成长介于7至20%，主要由港口业务的营运及成本效益、稳健的公共事业需求、及强劲的建筑订单等支撑。
肯纳格研究指出，MMC机构建议以2亿2000万令吉收购槟城港口其余51%股权，它是于2017年3月27日完成收购槟城港口的49%股权，沽出渡轮业务尚在进行中，料在2017财政年杪完成。
肯纳格研究看好MMC机构收购槟城港口的其余51%股权，预料为该公司的2017及2018财政年作出额外的1.1至3.4%盈利贡献。
MMC机构全购槟城港口全部股权，与其涉足港口及物流领域的核心成长策略一致。它以2亿2000万令吉收购价尚属合理，或等于2016财政年的价格对账面比0.96倍，比较它收购49%股权估值为0.95倍、它收购NCB控股代价则是1.47倍，这主要是槟城港口比NCB控股的赚钱能力较为逊色。
MMC机构在大马拥有4个港口，全部都是策略性座落在马六甲海峡，后者是全球最具重要的船运海域之一，为印度及太平洋之间最短的船运通道，衔接主要经济体包括中东、中国、日本及韩国等。每年约有80%通往东北亚的石油运输及三分之一的全球货运皆通过此海峡。
发展需10至15年
至于加厘岛项目，兴业研究指出，若MMC机构、印度Adani港口及经济特区有限公司（APSEZ）共同开发加厘岛港口海洋城项目获得放行，它可能需要10至15年全面发展及操作，预料整个发展计划的资本开销介于200亿至400亿令吉，港口产能为1000万TEU（20尺标准货柜）。
兴业研究指出，加厘岛港口海洋城项目被视为巴生港口的延伸发展，若以处理货柜吞吐量及转运量1317万TEU为准，巴生港口在2016年列为全球排名11最忙碌港口，预料全球贸易成长将推动巴生港口新产能扩展的策略动力。

Noted Venfx, I am still building my capital, recently made some mistake like hibiscus sold at loss, cab-wa didn't sell at high price and win little (by right profit should almost reach 100% and already more than hibiscus loss), once capital built up, will join your ship for long term ....

Always preserve your profit along the uptrending into 2-3 stages by different censsus. Last tranch usually is free stock (i lucky)

noted, their sharing very good to us and will follow them for next stock tips if they share .... I had noticed cab when there was technical report on cab and other stocks last year end (that report many many pages) ..... 2-3 stages means by selling in stages of uptrend wave ??
Congrat to you for earning. I am still learning, since had committed lot of mistakes like what Kcchong and duit kor sharing. This year must minimize losses and improve earnings.

EMS will be the plot I want to observe, anything ghat would hv significantly impact to individually counter in Ems plot will be looking ...
Furthermore, I speculate funds love EMS as well.
