杨忠礼建筑终止合约·林叶资本索偿3500万

（吉隆坡30日讯）林叶资本（TSRCAP，5042，主板建筑组）柔佛双轨火车二手承包合约遭杨忠礼建筑公司（SPYTL）终止，林叶资本认为不合理，诉讼后者并索偿3500万令吉。
杨忠礼建筑公司也采取反诉讼，要求林叶资本赔偿2200万令吉。
林叶资本发文告表示，除了3500万令吉的索偿外，亦要求杨忠礼集团承担每年5%利息及各项成本。“诉讼并不会造成不利的影响，除了诉讼费用与时间外，相信诉讼并不会造成任何损失。”
