等待被发掘的宝石（一）？！
近期花了几个礼拜的时间正专心研究着一只超冷门股。
个人认为这支冷门股具备很大潜能，
是一颗还未被发掘，依然深埋在地底下的宝石。
近来股市里太多高手，陆陆续续把有前景的冷门股都发掘出来了，
所以要继续寻找被忽略，又有潜质的冷门股，很不容易。
大股东持有这只冷门股的32%股份。
最难能可贵的地方在于，大股东胆敢下包单（profit guarantee），
担保公司在2013和2014财政年的税后盈利（Profit After Tax）。
如果公司业绩不达标，大股东将自己拿钱出来补贴差价。
听起来大股东视乎对公司的业绩信心满满，满到几乎爆棚！
哦，对了，这位大股东是近期才加入公司的。
一口气买了32%的股份，然后把公司转型。
公司过去亏顺的业务几乎都被摒弃了，
大股东把自己最在行，最拿手的业务都带进来公司，
从持续几年的业绩亏顺，一转眼就马上转亏为盈，连续几个季度获利。
公司2013财政年已结束，业绩方面，
比大股东担保的税后盈利，还高出整13万令吉，是很不错的成绩了。
当然，大股东担保2014财政年的盈利，
比担保2013财政年的税后盈利，还高出30%！！！
既然都有盈利担保了，今年公司肯定包赚的了。
以目前股价购入，预测2014财政年的P/E还低于5。
基于这只股超冷门，小陈还在慢慢地累积着股份，
所以不方便透露太多资料。等时机成熟后再说咯！
一起拭目以待公司在2014财政年的业绩表现吧！
投资焦点：
- 公司近期会有一些内部重整活动进行。
- 大股东担保公司2013和2014两个财政年的税后盈利。
- 2013年的税后盈利已经达标，比担保的数额高出3%。
- 2014年大股东担保的税后盈利，比2013年的公司税后盈利高出整整30%。
- 公司内部预测2014财政年的税后盈利，比大股东担保的数额高出将近50%。也难怪大股东这么有信心。
- 公司内部预测2015财政年的业绩，更加的耀眼！只可惜大股东已经没有担保2015财政年的的税后盈利了。
- 预测（forecast）2014和2015的P/E很低，低于5。
- 大股东自己有经营其他业务，很大可能会业务注入公司，一起成长。
- 公司开销不大，很大可能会开始派息。
