Symlife CEO Chin Jit Pyng Under Internal Investigation for Unauthorised Payment of RM4.4m (Part 2)

The allegation of unauthorised payment of RM4.4m started with the above letter of 23.3.2021 from Millenium Land Sdn. Bhd. who is a party in an agreement dated 25.6.2020 with Prima Nova Harta development Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Symlife), requesting the then Executive Chairman of Symlife Azman Yahya for a variation in the said agreement (see Blue circle).

This request was not entertained by Azman as we all know that he resigned on 2.4.2021, ie 10 days later. Insiders had it that Azman scoofed at the letter because of the lame excuse of Millenium Land : We have not been able to secure financing..... (see Red circle).

Enter Chin Jit Pyng, the new GCEO of Symlife who was appointed on 2.4.2021, the same day Azman resigned.

As mentioned previously, Millenium Land Sdn. Bhd. is owned by Andrew Tan, who is a close friend of Chin Jit Pyng. Not long after he became Symlife CEO, he made a few deals that are somewhat dubious. One was the widely publicised BDO Report-gate involving steep discount of more than 35% in a Sunway condominium project bulk sales agreement to his related company. It was Muar Ban Lee Bhd (MBL) who came to his rescue by "clearing him" through the Board which is controlled by MBL.

Now, Chin Jit Pyng and MBL are clashing head on with each other in this latest Millenium-gate scandal. How an ungrateful fella he is.

After assuming the money-yielding position of Symlife CEO, Chin Jit Pyng went into overdrive to process Millenium Land's request for the RM4.4m. Insiders had it that this letter didn't come in on 25.3.2021 as purportedly dated but not long before the RM4.4m was processed ie in mid-May 2021.

The proof was the alteration of date to 25th as circled in Blue above. How on earth you have 3 guys signing on the same document had to altered the date at the same time? The most glaring part was the refusal of the Chief Operation Officer Mr. Stewart Tew to sign on this Payment Recommendation Form. However, it was promptly signed by Tomy Goh (see Red circle above). And Stewart Tew was 'cold-storaged' and resigned sometime end of 2021.

According to the whistleblower, Tomy Goh has no such limit of authority to sign for this payment. Tomy Goh had his contract terms revised twice within a few months time since Chin Jit Pyng was in charge.

Who is Tomy Goh and the rest of Chin Jit Pyng kamikazes who are fighting MBL this time? The list is long, and we have them.
