This is Tomy Goh (known internally as Old Ghost), who is the Director of HR and Admin of Symlife. He is on a employment contract with remuneration of close to RM35,000 a month. More than 60 years old and divorced. He is assisted by an equally highly paid General Manager of HR named Annie Tong who has just recently bought a brand new car "for her daughter" (because she dares not drive to office for fear of staff gossiping). More about her in next episode with her new car (and new Prada bag).

The question the shareholders shoud ask is does Symlife need such a high-pay HR head and a GM HR to manage less than 150 employees? Symlife staff ranted that Tomy Goh did nothing in his daily work, except to lift up his two legs on his table and watch Youtube all the time.

But he is needed by Chin Jit Pyng to control the rest of the kamikazes. His employment contract is until end of 2023. Long enough to cement Chin Jit pyng's power to fend off MBL. As his assistant, Annie Tong is the one doing all the leg works. That's why she wears sports shoe in the office all this while. However, her salary jumped twice within 2021 under Chin Jit Pyng's approval. And she now wear high heel to office.

During Azman reign as Symlife Executive Chairman not long ago (before 2021), there was a letter to him alleging Tomy Goh and Annie Tong's "office affair". Some queries were conducted internally, and god knows what the truth was.

Lets dwell further into the background story of Chin Jit Pyng vs Muar Ban Lee (MBL), and we will list out the kamikazes of Chin Jit pyng and how they are rewarded. First to head the 'honour list' is of course Tomy Goh who is believed to be instrumental in achieving Chin Jit Pyng's agenda.

Now, let's get down to the devil in the detail of the loot.

This is the Internal Memo initiated by one Ammar Mohd Nawi who signed as the Personal Assistant, Special Project (see Red circle). In Symlife, this will be the paper soughting for approval. What you have seen in our Part 2 was the Payment Requisition Form (the paper that COO Stewart Tew refused to sign on which was "aptly" signed by Tomy Goh).

Ammar Mohd Nawi is the Personal Assistant to GCEO Chin Jit Pyng in the Special Project department. You must be shocked how can Chin Jit pyng's assistant requisitioned the approval to vary the term of the agreement and to pay out RM4.4m and Chin Jit Pyng signed to approve it? It simply means the boss ask his assistant to request the money and he approves it. What a shit internal control Symlife has?

To vary a term in a signed and valid agreement, no legal opinion was sought internally and/or externally. All you need is an assistant and his master can just approve it! Beat that man.

Best of all, he wanted it to pay to Millenium Land Sdn Bhd the RM4.4m by 31 May 2021 (see Blue circle).

For being an obedient lapdog, Ammar was rewarded by Chin Jit Pyng. Of course, without the Board of Symlife even knowing it.
