Sign of accumulation by Smart Money on CIMB Group (1023.KL)
What is accumulation (stage 1)?
Accumulation happen when Smart Money accumulates large quantity of stocks at the lowest possible price over a period of time. This is a subtle and quiet process and usually you won't find the stock appear in top volume list.
Below are the clues of accumulation based on Volume Spread Analysis:
1. Price moving sideways and well supported at RM5.76
2. Formed narrow spread bar with low volume for almost 2 months
3. Bullish Green HeatZone
4. Changes in trend with weak background indicates Smart Money is supporting the stock
