The FBM KLCI (-0.44%) ended lower as the index was dragged by selling pressure in the Utilities and Telco heavyweights, as investors took the negative cue from the regional markets today as China and Hong Kong markets traded lower today. Meanwhile, the market breadth was negative as losers outnumbered gainers at 810-to-352 stocks. On the broader market, the Contruction sector (-1.50%) was the worst performing sector. Meanwhile, the Plantation sector gained monentum led by SDG (+2.0 sen) and UTDPLT (+10.0 sen).
