Mulpha International Bhd is selling its 75% stake in Mantra Holdings Co Ltd for RM111.15m cash to Eagle Legend International Holdings Ltd. Mantra, which is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is involved in the rental and trading of tower cranes, trading of construction equipment and provision of maintenance service for tower cranes in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Vietnam. Mulpha said the proposed disposal was in line with its strategy to dispose of non-core assets and focus on its core business in property development and investment and property-related businesses.
