Cypark Resources Bhd expects its solar farming segment to be the main contributor to its profit when its 80ha integrated renewable energy plant becomes operational next month. The integrated renewable energy plant in Pajam, Negeri Sembilan, will produce up to 15MW of electricity once the plant is fully commissioned in 2013. Back of the envelope of the calculations indicate that the group¡¯s solar farms will generate some RM45.8m in revenue for the group in 2013, with a further RM16.6m from its biogas extraction.
