Focal Aims was only 11 sen in year 2,009
After Ecoworld took over Focal Aims at Rm1.40 - Price shot up to Rm4.00 - Up a whopping 3,800% from 11 sen

Every thing boils down to very simple maths

55 Acres of Seabed lands to be reclaimed from Lands just 1 km across the Straits to AVA Fishery of Singapore. These lands are nearer to Spore )1 km only) than Johor Causeway (2 km)

If land is reclaimed with a fair value of Rm1,000 psf (Only S$310 psf)

How much will be it's worth

So 55 acres = how many sq ft?

So 55 x 43,560 = 2,395,800 sq ft

At Rm1,000 psf total value

= 2,393,800,000

THAT'S RM2.38 BILLIONS OF VALUE CREATION FOR BJ ASSETS!!

i have noticed the following pattern of calvin.

calvin's pattern is sing and sing and sing for a long, long, long time, then maybe, just maybe the stock will rise one fine day.

his only criteria for buying a stock is buy those with alot of assets, then hope, just hope that one fine day that the assets can be monetarise and the stock price will move up.
