What do we learn from the above?

Answer:

1)TMAKMUR MAJOR SHARE HOLDERS ARE PAHANG ROYALTY & PAHANG GOVT.

2) TMAKMUR IS A DIVIDEND PAYING STOCK (Paying every year without fail.)

"A cow for its milk;

Bees for their honey.

And a share, by golly;

For its dividend yield".

3) DR NEOH Gave TMakmur a 4.5* Rating. This is even better than JTiasa (3.5*), R. SAWIT (4*) and others

4) A Free Cash Flow of 12.47% indicates healthy balance sheet. So more years of high dividends can be expected.

5) EL NINO WILL PROPEL PALM OIL PRICES!!!

Throughout Dr Neoh's comments on Almost All 30 Plantation Counters in his SPG he mentioned over and over and over again the subject of "EL NINO" spurring up the price of "Palm Oil" and CPO.

Through his more than 30 years experience DR Neoh is able to pin point and forecast events from his vast store of valuable experience and wisdom.

Let me illustrate:

I met a taxi driver who used to ply the KL - Genting Highland Route for 20 years. He told me after 20 years driving up and down the winding road of Genting he is familiar with every bend, every steep climb, every bush and every stone along the way up or down Genting Highlands.

He could even drive up and down Genting Highlands at night without turning on the headlights as he knew the terrain by heart.

The classical musician Beethovan know music so well that he wrote Moonlight Sonata even when he was deaf. Writing music without being able to hear it? Or painting without sight? Why not ? They are the experts in their field.
