I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.
I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.
This year 2018 the Investment Theme is Govt Linked GE14 Stocks like DRB, MRCB, FGV, MBSB & UEMS
This was what happened during these Theme Plays
1) Jaks gone up from 40 sen to over Rm1.00 due to Langat 2 Water Theme play
2) Crude Oil Crashed was good for logistic stocks which benefited from Cheaper petrol. That was Theme play for Airasia
3) Cheap crude oil also benefited plastic/polymer stocks like Nylex & Super Enterprize PLASTIC THEME
4) Fallen Crude Oil caused less revenue for Govt from Petronas. To mitigate loss of revenue Govt implemented GST. So IFCA & MYEG went up as GST theme play. MyEG is real but IFCA was pumped up
5) Falling Crude Oil prices impacted ringgit & it collapsed. So Cheap ringgit equals competitive exports
So 2 theme plays
a) Furniture Export theme plays like Pohuat, Lihen, Hevea & Latitude bull run time. Now over.
b) Electronic export theme stocks like VS & SKP Res & Others
As ringgit recovers in strength these theme plays also over
6) 11 MP Govt implement Massive Construction.
So construction theme stocks like Gadang, GKent & Gamuda came into play
Huge construction of infrar need long steel. So Thematic Long steel plays came into focus like Prestar, Masteel, SSteel & Annjoo
Now toppish
7) Sabah Election Thematic plays were CMSB, KKB, HSL, Naim & Weida (now long over)
And this year is GE14 Election Year
SO THE THEMATIC PLAYS WILL BE GOVT LINKED STOCKS LIKE DRB, MRCB, FGV, MBSB & UEMS
Today is only the 2nd Day of 2018. So GE14 Thematic Play has only just begun.
THIS IS THE TIME TO BUY AND HOLD.
THIS ELECTION BULL RUN THEME WILL LAST TILL GE14 ELECTION DAY

One more thing,
Cheap Crude Oil also got one THEME PLAY called
REFINERY THEME PLAY.
Those that benefited from cheap crude feed stocks are hengyuan, petron and dialogue. As costs of crude feedstock was cheap profits amplified.
One stock laggard is Mphbcapital. This is a proxy to refinery theme play as it has 1,800 acres prime lands in Pengerang'S RAPID. Dialogue is doing so well that it has rented lands for oil storage tanks from JCorp in Tg Langsat.
Once up Mphbcap's lands valued at only 80 sen psf should see interest from other downstream oil players needing investments and expansions just next door to PETRONAS' RAPID...A sprawling 14 kilometer refinery

sometimes i really wonder if tun @calvin knows what he is writing.
his writings r like ravings of an idiot, yet he doesnt feel ashamed of it.
i m not sure if he is persistent or just plain thick skin.
@yippy68 and @flyingcrash who insulted me in jcy r now ashamed to show themselves with jcy crashing below 50sens, but tun @calvin just go on and on.
