It is amazing that people with tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands or even millions invest in stock market just by hearsay
They get a tip from the crowd without doing self study and deep research and plunk tens of thousands of ringgit in a stock like barakah or chase a popular Stock like Greatec just like chasing ifca to rm1.87?
Knowing next to nothing the real status of the company only just by one or two quarterly reports?
Any go buy a house or car will study carefully first. But many who buy shares don't bother to study and test carefully

If I didn't go through the Annual Report and read more carefully I would not have uncovered the hidden stash of Rm72 millions deposited with NETX's subsidiary companies
Very likely the money is "invested" in Fintec etc....lol

Netx got job awarded and good results shown up in balance sheet
Next price rose from 4 sen to 8 sen

For now Netx looks like the safest stock

Good morning
If I didn't go through the Annual Report and read more carefully I would not have uncovered the hidden stash of Rm72 millions deposited with NETX's subsidiary companies
This very import cash hoard will most probably be overlooked by 99.9% of people
1. Fund managers are not supposed to look at 1 sen stock. They will concentrate on proven, popular blue chips and highly recommended 2nd liners at best. 3rd liners are usually pass over. And a 1.5 sen stock? Not in a thousand years!
2. Remisiers are also too busy going through their own house recommendations. For example Rhb Investment Bank stock brokers and dealers will refer to their yearly "jewels" stocks for guidance . These have no time to look at Netx with such lousy prices like 1.5 sen
Others like kn kenanga, public and others also don't bother with such low prices shares below 10 sen. And instead of doing thorough research on each and every 1,000 shares very very carefully to find that hidden gem they will spent time downgrading Uzma in unison
They are just told lazy to do their independent research. So just follow other stock brokering houses and copy from one another in "group think".
Then we have uncle's and unties in coffee shops. Many don't know English. So cannot read annual reports
Others can read but will not do it carefully with painstaking effort
Others still will just listen to what others' opinions. And people who don't study very very carefully about the Annual Report and learn to see pre-conditions will also miss this hidden gem called Netx
Still others like wernluan are opinionated and look at past records to prejudge
