Palm oil Versus Steel

We called two Friends in Johor

1) Mr Chan the Awning Boss

Mr. Chan sells Awning roofing for buildings & other steel products

Due to MCO he said business is down by up to 80%. He only earn enough to pay rental & workers but no salary for himself. Why? He said Factories can still make & sell steel products but since most Contractors are not allowed to work the demand for his steel products have shrunk

So instead of buying steel stocks he bought Palm Oil shares like ThPlant


2) Mr. Tan Pao the Iskandar Landlord

Mr Tan bought & rented out 2 Shopghouses

We told him in this tough times better reduce rental to let your tenants survive

He said no need

We asked, "Why?"

He said he rented out to Mini Markets which are both doing roaring business

MiniMarket sells Cooking oil, Bread, Biscuit and many stuff contain Palm Oil
So Palm oil still sell much better than steel in Mco
