That is normal in Indonesia as their lease is about 25 to 35 years and renewable

Klk lands as well as Ijmplant lands are also having similar length of time

Knowing full well all those remaining lease in Klk also took ijmplant private at Rm3.10 (was Rm2.20)

In Spore land lease for farm lands are as short as 10 to 20 years only

And right now in on-going progress Tsh's 32,000 acres of palm oil lands are in due process of being sold to Indonesia Green Tech Park of East Kalimantan

Singapore used to have only 10 year landlease for farming. Being too short they have extended it to 20 years
