Mr. Francis Quek Kwong Jit began his career as an Ex-Senior Police Officer from year 1979 to 1992 had last served with distinction in the Special Unit of the Special Branch and left to join BBN Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the public listed Company, PK Resources  Berhad, as Head of Security (Group) from year 1993 to 2001 overseeing the Executive Protection of the Group Chairman and immediate family, set-up and management of the in-house Security Teams for the Hotels, Offices, Golf Course, Higher Education Institution and work site development areas under the company stable of properties.

In year 2002 to 2005, he joined Asset Management & Protection Services Sdn Bhd as the General Manager, where he helped get the ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation/Certificate for the provision of physical security services including the streamlining of effective procedures for all Human Resource related functions and administration. 

Currently, Mr. Francis is the Consultant with Holmes Consult since its inception in year 2006, specializing in Crisis Management, Security & Investigations and Human Resource related issues. Clients include 5-Star Hotels and public listed companies among others.
