（吉隆坡9日讯）国际贸易与工业部在2019年接获国内钢铁业者提呈的白皮书后，为该行业的当前政策进行6项修订，从而令本地业者在长远中获益。

“The Edge”周刊报道，根据贸工部在去年12月向钢铁业者发出的一份信函中，该部对有关政策进行6项修订，分别为：
1）收紧发放新制造执照的条件；
2）将当前关税结构（包括长型和扁平产品）的5至15％税率有效期，延长至2021年12月31日；
3）通过出口准证机制对钢铁废料征收15％的出口税；
4）通过有准证的制造仓库和免税区，提供申请免进口税或退税便利设施的选择；
5）严格考虑金属废料回收活动的制造许可证；
6）对于金属废料进口，如今允许从事回收活动的制造准证持有人进口铁、铜和铝的金属废料，而贸易商则不允许进口。

贸工部也在信中说，上述修订将一直持续到今年12月31日。在此之前，任何进一步修订将受限于新工业大蓝图的政策导向。

他们同时担心，文安钢铁计划因其规模大而能提供更好的废金属价格，从而将废金属拖入市场，导致国内钢铁制造厂亏损。

业内资深人士说：“现在，随着钢铁政策的更新，从长远来看，似乎可解决新的制造准证问题。

“当然，（当局）没有很清楚地表明文安钢铁计划已关闭。尽管有人告知他们已获得生产准证，但尚未知道是否已经向他们颁发生产许可证。”

此外，业者们也欢迎延长扁平产品的进口关税，因为这解决了扁平钢铁倾销问题。

不过，一位业界观察人士指这倾销问题已不是什么大问题，因为中国一直在购买和消耗钢铁，而不是将其倾销在本地数个公司中。

盼重振美佳钢铁

本地钢铁业者向政府提呈的白皮书中，也包含了重振国内最大的热轧钢制造商美佳钢铁（Megasteel）。

作为我国唯一的热轧卷制造商，美佳钢铁在2016年因现金问题而停止运营，并将资产出售给姐妹公司金狮工业（LIONIND，4235，主板工业产品服务组）。

此前有报道称，LICB正在考虑建造一座高炉，其年产能为300万吨铁水。

业界人士说，当局将对钢铁废料征收15％的出口税，是确保本地钢铁废料不会出口。废料是可以在当地工厂的电炉和高炉中使用的原材料。

“若外国买家积极购买本地废钢，那么美佳钢铁的定价将遇到问题。钢铁订单大多是预购订单。当你锁定订单却无法采购原材料时，将会对价格机制造成破坏。”

2021 is a very special year for CNI. It is their 35 years anniversary, and it also the year for this company to be victory.

35 years is a very important milestone for a company, and it is the time for CNI to reborn from a old fashion traditional MLM company to a new, young, advance online ecommerce MLM company.

Hopefully tomorrow it will enter into Top 10 Active list.

P/S: Although I cannot confirm how high the share price will go (20sen, 30sen...etc), but one things I pretty sure is their business are improving every quarter, their sales has increase, their member are increase.

My sifu "cold eye" told me, when a business is growing, hold tight the share.

But for CNI, I accumulate it because this is the cheapest MLM counter, and the share price is safe to accumulate.. and I saw got people accumulating as well.. So the shows just start.

For me, MLM business is a very good business model.

The more member you have, the more sales channel you have..

Each member is like each store, if have 500k member, the power is like 500k store.

Each store 1 day sell RM10 product, I can have RM5mil revenue d.

As a management, what you need is to source for powerful product. You just bring in the product, design the commission scheme, then you have 500k member sell it for you.

Everyday I surf on facebook saw so many hot selling product, so If I am CNI boss, i will build a purchasing team to source for popular product over the world and let my member sell it.

With the popolarization of internet ecommerce, the MLM business should be more powerful.

Bring in 1 product, do the video or creative art, spend RM10k facebook boost it, then ask 500k member share the post, each member share 10 times, sure this product will be booming.

I heard that due to the East Coast flood, now Eastern Steel production and delivery has affected. So all buyer swift their order to SSTEEL and ANNJOO.

I think the surge in share price could be due to some share placement to new powerful Bumiputra investor.

Originally Revenue has appointed MITI to allocate 45mil share to bumiptra investor, but at the end MITI only manage to allocate 12mil, still got 33mil pending.

I believe now Revenue has found the investor to take up this 33mil share, and this person or corporate could be someone very powerful (i.e. Datuk Karim from Serbak Dynamic, Syed Mohktar, or maybe some e-wallet player like Axiata Boost, TNG).

Comfort Glove is good counter, can accumulate

ZStrader, already move around the entire bursa d, really cannot find better place than Glove.

1) Steel - Already park my fund inside, now taking profit
2) Plantation - Already park my fund inside, now taking profit
3) Furniture - Already park my fund inside, now taking profit
4) Chemical - Taken profit
5) Logistic - Accumulating, plan to hold long term
6) Consumer - Accumulating egg counter
7) Vaccine - I don't think any company will benefit from this, this is pure goreng.
8) O&G - Take profit d
9) Banking - I foresee non performing loan will be high next year
10) Tourism - I don't think covid will end soon, so this sector will continue loss
11) Airline - Right issue, share consolidation will come anytime
12) Construction - I think government has not much fund for more project
13) Property - Worst is yet to come
14) Technology - Too high d
15) Plastic - Too high d

So, the only sector with growth potential, cash rich, great profit, no need to worry the right issue, private placement, impairment loss, is GLOVE SECTOR.

In my 16 years of investment in bursa, so far I have yet to see a company with growing profit & revenue, but share price will permanently going down.

Trust me, once all the bad news over, Glove stock will come back to reflect its real value.

Especially when the entire bursa 70% company start to make losses, then investor will focus back on those company that really make money.

I like Ruberrex because:-

1) Its base is small, and its new production line is 150% of its existing capacity, so this will double up the profit easily.

2) I believe Dato Ong is a smart businessman, this can be see when he dispose the treasury share at RM2.20, how a smart move and brave decision.

3) The demand for Glove will continue strong at least for another 1.5 years, this is because I know someone who is a allocator for glove trading.

4) The glove price ASP is still increasing

5) Ruberrex factory at perak, instead of CMCO area like klang, so its production not affected by covid-19 case.

Aurora13, don't worry, although RM30k is big in term of my living expenses, but it is small in term of my investment.

My living standard is very low, 1 month RM5-6k I can survive with my family member d. So the RM30k can last 5-6 month d.

But my investment portfolio fluctuation are very high, I can tolerate with 1 month gain / loss RM100k-200k. So RM30k paper losses is very small.

Bplant NTA is actually below its real value, a lot of its land are not revaluate to reflect the current price.

Just look at Kwantas, I manage to collect it below 50sen, at that time my target is to take profit at 80sen. Manatahu suddenly main shareholder want to privatise, offer RM1,65, so i make 200% profit without any effort.

So for Bplant, in case of privatisation, the offer price must be RM1.00 above then only can success.

If offer 70sen or 80sen, sure fail 1.

Can accumulate more leon Fuat, you wont regret.

FGV NTA is RM1.13, Privatisation at RM1.30.

BPLANT NTA is RM1.15, privatisation at least RM1.35.

Now is 61.50sen, minimum 100% gain is privatisation.

Next level is RM1.10, then RM1.30

Leon Fuat is the best, next target will be RM0.69, then follow by RM0.78, and final stage is RM0.96

I oredi invested almost RM150k into this Ruberex, and now paper lost 20%, around RM29k++.

I plan to double up my investment into this counter. If I take profit from Steel counter n hoot into this, it will double my investment d, total will be RM300k.

If back to RM2.50, hopefully this RM300k will become RM450k.

If drop to RM0.80, this RM300k will become RM150k.
