judging from the technical trend, I believe current investor will have little to lose at current price.
The 1.15 support is strong as hell.
plus, assumption of pari passu is made, annualize of dividend will yield a 5c dividend, with translate into a 4.34% dividend yield.

To me, its a win, you win big, lose you lose not much scenario.

The golden rule to win the game is :
1. finding a growth counter which can generate consistent improved profit,

2. and the profit is real in cash (not fabricated on revaluation or asset disposal),

3. and when the cash is received, it must be distributed to the shareholder as cash dividend.

4. Balance sheet shall be good with high cash low debt preferably, to shield them from economic downturn.

5. Good cash pile to generate high Return Of Investment, not just stashing and let it rot like PARKSON.

ask yourself, did any company (not just KSENG, but others too)in your portfolio filled that criteria ?

1. Winning of Rm 1b worth of MRT2 railing works.
2. Award of hospital project.
3. and water metering project should be re-rated if Selangor gives a nod to the project to reduce NRW.
