In fact i strongly encourage Sarawak to bring Genting to open casino here to attract tourists! It's not difficult to restrict local sarawakians from gambling! if that is their main concern! Actually, plenty of illegal gambling here in Sarawak which gone tax free for decades! At least a legal casino will be able to earn tax for the state and employment for local sarawakians!
I don't gamble and i don't encourage gambling! But totally banning it is not the way either! Having avenue for those who do is the best option on the table!

As i see it, GPS chances of continuing winning it's state erection is pretty secure! There's very little whine from sarawakians! In fact i notice the inflation that engulf us in peninsula is not that bad in Sarawak!
To be honest, if i retire in Sarawak, cost of living is pretty mild! I think Sarawak government should promote Sarawak as retirement destination! Pretty peaceful, easy access due to very good roads and easy access to essentials!

I am in Kuching right now together with wifey, daughter in law and granddaughter! We are taking a short break from our super busy part time business!
Of course tomorrow me and daughter in law father will go on our own adventure to look for wild boar bbq! My favorite!
One thing i notice in Sarawak is how good the roads are! Of course some part are lousy but overall, it's far better than in peninsula!
Which is very strange Sabah people are complaining to Agong how bad their roads are!
It's been viral how Sabah people desperately seek Agong intervention in improving Sabah roads!
I mean, doesn't Sabah have their own CM and countless politicians! And why are Sabah people had to resort to actually complain to Agong! Something is not right somewhere!
If this is the case, i say, good riddance to Sabah current CM Hajiji! If he can't take care of a very basic things like roads, water or electricity for that matter, then better take a hike!

Politics!

Probably because the history taught is fake!

Engineering, we can learn alot from history! Problem is, out lawmakers keep repeating the same mistakes!

Take ehailing edrivers concern, Anwar actually made it worse! So there, you lose 1 million phailing supporters! To me, this ehailing issue is quite simple, while Grab follow government regulations, others like Maxim, Airasia ride, indriver and so forth are not and yet getting big fat pie of the market! How can you do that! You need to set strict rules for all ehailings to follow! Don't tolerant those who fail to follow requirements!

And it was Anwar who desperately tried to form a backdoor government few times! This is well documented so i won't go into it!

In fact examining Anwar career as lawmaker in many portfolio, he was actually a failure! And it was Anwar who started the rot in out education system replacing English as medium of instruction to bahasa! All science courses in public universties had to be taught in bahasa thanks to Anwar back then!
Today, our education system has fallen low! Failure rate for national school leavers are high! School leavers are burnout, inward and imcompetent! Malaysia for so long has been producing unemployable workforce!

4 years is very short! But there's no excuses! Take Elon Musk for example! It took NASA a decade to build heavy lifting rocket only to blew it on takeoff!
But Elon Musk build his first prototype Starship within few years and manage to fly successfully! Yeah, sure, those dumbass critics say it was a failure but tell me, what have those critics ever created besides turd and toxic politics!

PMX Anwar is a bit lucky in a sense! Why, because Covid pandemic is over! And he is in perfect place and perfect time too!
But this window much be utilized to the max! Shift of supply chain favorable to Malaysia! If PMX Anwar can bring in mega investors, then kaboom! Good times!
And he doesn't even have to do any talking! Once rakyat are so happy making so much money, those fake holymen can scream and shout but no voters will support them!
You see, if GE16 held in bullish bursa, thriving economy, plenty of employment and employers are desperately offering higher and higher salary, you think you want to spoit it by voting for the wrong alliance like PN!
Thriving economy equilateral to miracle is so addictive! It's like drugs! Which we had experience back in 80s and 90s! Nobody wants to talk about race or religion! That i can bet on!

Well, all i can say, PMX Anwar better make sure this 4 years he can perform economic miracle! Or else, he won't see another term!

Do you know how Melaka fall into Portuguese hands! Melaka Sultan back then employed indonesians as armies! And the head of the army betrayed Sultan of Melaka! I say Melaka not Mallaca because, Mallaca is colonists name!
Do you know after 3 different white colonists, Malaysia lost few trillion! India lost 45 trilion! Imagine how much those white colonists took!
And we are facing new colonial master! China! China already drawn up their 100 years master plan! Taking whole South China Sea! This is only the beginning!

The reason for fun managers going back to Asia is because, the Fed hike is coming to an end! And that also means US dollar will start to weaken! And that also means, fun managers will have to go elsewhere to fry for bigger profit! And wolla! Asia is perfect to set up quick fry shop!

You know, sometimes even among veteran retail investors miss out on making RM1 profit margin!
And yes, some stocks especially related to tycoons already made pass RM1 profit margin in bursa! And i can see some yet to move at all!
Anyway, sentiment has improve somewhat! But the bullish underlining is still not there yet!
Despite bursa making good progress of late! Until i am very very very sure bursa in bullish mode, i won't waste my time! Despite some good signs like big volume back in bursa! Or bursa is climbing back to 1500!
Perhaps, i am waiting for convincing breach of 1500 before making my move! That has yet appear!

Investment!

Unfortunately for Anwar, his too much talkiing has done alot of damages! It would be better to speak less and to show more results! Rakyat yet to enjoy fruit of his labor! So better show the result soonest! Before the 'tebuk atap' team strike again!

But i am sure Zahid has other plan! And most probably, Zahid will bring Umno to form alliance with PN demanding for privileges!

Anyway, Zahid was given ultimate by Anwar! That Zahid corruption cases will be swept under the floor! Provided Zahid will also step down as president of Umno once his court cases are cleared!
The thing is, will Zahid agree to this gentlemen deal! I mean, you know i know Zahid is the mastermind who brought down so many administrations!
From PH 22 months, Mohiden and Sabri administration! All was Zahid master plotting behind the scene!
Now, we have to wait until Zahid court cases are settled! After that, we will see wait Zahid will do next!

Yeah, i know! Most of us are fed up with politics! And already the 'tebuk atap' alliance already hacking new plot to bring down unity government!
Even Sultan of Johor had to make public announcement to give PMX time and for unity government to complete full term!

Here's a figure you need to digest! 70% that sat for SPM failed in latest result! And those who manage to get a place in public universities, 70% are malay ladies! Malay guys seems not interested to pursue degree courses! You can check with public universties if you don't believe me!
For for years now, public universities have been producing vast number of educated malay ladies! And many end up unemployed!
Those piece of paper is only good with the economy is thriving! But if the economy is dying like in China, it's really worthless!

a fresh graduate in America gets about USD 30,000 pa.............USD 30,000 may sound like a lot until u consider their cost of living.

Answer : Half of US graduates end up unable to pay for their study loan! This education trap seems repeated over and over again all over the world! China is the latest one!

It's reported that almost half of China graduates will never going to find while collar job suited to their qualification!
Most of the courses offered by our public universities are dated and chances of getting employed is low! Even worse, our graduates from public universities have very little command of English as most of them were taught in bahasa!
English is important as most of trades and industry use English as medium of communication!
So tell me, how can civil engineer graduate from UM able to adapt to current working environment when he or she can't even understand simply terms in english! So yeah, the curse of graduates produced by our public universities!
My son got offered by UM to do civil engineering! Instead he opted to do civil engineering in Singapore! Well, that was a great decision as he immediately got employed in Singapore after finishing up his degree!
My advise, better do specialised skilled courses which highly needed by industries! There's unlimited opportunities for ship engineers! My son's friend had traveled the world many times over due to his job specializing in ship engine maintenance! The world will forever need highly skilled workers with high pay and vast opportunity to travel the world if that's you goal!
Forget about those corporate world thingy! Climbing those corporate ladder full of politics and toxic relations! And you waste years studies those white collar degree only to be dissapointed to know the harsh reality of such career!

National schools are turning into religous schools! Worse still, school leavers are burnout and majority have no interest to pursue further studies! We are producing new malaysians who are not interested in learning! Instead we are producing malaysians who are inward!

Engineering! Clearly national schools are falling! With 70% failure rate of SPM, no brainer what kind of new generation Malaysia is producing!

PMX Anwar is an eunuch! Only good in talking but so far no action! Talk talk talk but no action!

So yesterday, Powell made this hawkish announcement! Inflation still high! Another hike in September! But heck, we already knew September hike will be another 25 basis point! And it's going to break US economy sooner or later!
Basically, what we see now is currency players preparing to dupe dollar! But we don't know when! They will push it higher and higher and higher! And dumbass will wallop it! Same like stock market of course!

Do you know why bursa and ringgit perform badly! Yeah, it's because of US dollar! The Fed hike interest to 22 years high now! US dollar, the worthless paper currency instead becomes stronger! So you have too moch dollar circulating the world but also it's also very strong because of very high interest rate!
But there's a catch! Once Fed force to decelerate by reducing interest rate, the dollar simply fall of the cliff!
And the very high interest rate also makes US bonds very expensive! You may enjoy high yield US bonds now but down the road, who will buy lower yield US bonds! So yeah, the US dollar can easier lose it's value!

Same with current US dilemma! Do you know why US inflation is going high! Yeah, Biden print US dollar faster than US produce toilet paper! Currently oil price is stable, surely, inflation should not go up right! But then again, this is US, they can do anything and the rest of the world must accept it!
Until BRICS currency becomes new normal, we will have to bare the nonsense from US for a while!

Like most things from US nowadays, most are BS! You have this LBGT going berserk, now been pushed to other countries! Pervert values that have zero value to begin with! US nowadays already forgotten about equal rights! Those are old values, come new LBGT value! Where men can wear make up and skirt! And can use women toilet as well! Children are force to accept they are gender neutral! You have to refer children as 'they'! Parents have no control over their children! Boys can no longer play boys toys! Malaysia today is so divided and polarized, we can't even say one Malaysia anymore! Gone are the days of multiracial harmony! Today each races are screaming and shouting been marginalized regardless if they are malays, chinese, bumi or indians!
The latest SPM result should send a nerve wrecking reality! 70% are falling! Meaning current new generation are much dumbass and most are burnout the moment they step out of secondary school!
If this continues, Malaysia will turn to Aghanistan for sure!

Answer : Do local chinese understand majority malays! Because even speaking bahasa is difficult!

Look at our current generation! Basically no understanding among races! Worse still, many current local chinese who gone through vernacular schooling their whole life can't communicate in bahasa! Strangely, many can speak minglish despite zero contact with whites!
So question is, how come local chinese can speak minglish but can't speak bahasa when they are surrounded by malays with zero presence of whites!

Basically this new business of storing carbon using empty oil caves will big in few decades to combat climate crisis! Honestly this will be beyond current generation understanding! In simple language, they will capture carbon from air and store them back on earth! Probably milion years later, you have fresh fossil fuel again!
