Answer : No surprise at all! In fact already predicted! But the essence must be understood! The elephant in the room is Zahid Hamidi! That's the loud and clear message from grassroot! Umno can regain it's voters if Zahid Hamidi steps down! But will he! As of now, PHBN is the best alliance! Umno joining PN is very silly move!

Answer : No difference! Both last 2 minutes of your life!

Unity government has to show! Has to shine! Has to impress rakyat! And has to attract big players! Has to bring the glory to bursa!
Anyway, the reason why our ringgit and bursa perform badly for the last few months is because of super strong dollar and endless hike! But that cycle has come to an end! And so foreign funds should flow to other nations to maximize their profit! So this is a window of opportunity for Malaysia! It's all up to PMX to capture this brief window!

So i put this topic under investment for a reason! For the next few years, there won't be any erection! So talking politics would be waste of time!
We get it, everybody is pointing finger at Zahid Hamidi! There's no green wave! Which is a relief!
But now that the dust has settled! Status quo remains! Unity government has to go back to work! Hard!
And show results! Make rakyat feel good! And so, the focus should be on economy now! Increase job opportunities! Increase salary! Improve infras! Get mega projects going! Build that HSR soonest!

Investment!

As i see it, this is not a green wave but a strong rejection of Umno president Zahid Hamidi! Umno grassroot simply telling him to go! It's that loud and clear!

In short, Zahid Hamidi has to go! The signal is loud and clear! Amir need to counter Assmin influence! Need to work hard to win back selangorians! Tok Mat has to rise up and take Umno presidency! Zahid Hamidi political career dead on the spot from latest results!
As for Anwar, he need to tone down on public speaking! Rakyat hates it! Jalan jalan makan makan would be the best option in attracting malays!
As for Bersatu, they are not that strong! As for Pas, they just enjoying inflow of Umno voters due to rejection of Zahid Hamidi, not due to greeen wave itself!
They say one must sacrifice to save the whole village! In this case, Zahid Hamidi need to drown himself! He is no longer acceptable! He is on dead end! Please go!

As for Selangor, Assmin influence is still strong! But Amiruddin need to double up his effort from now on! Or Amir need to step down for new MB! But at this moment, i think Amir must not mess up! Or else Assmin will capture Selangor!

Again, it's not green wave! No matter if you say a clean swipe over Kedah, Kelantan and Terrenganu! It's because Umno supporters cast their vote for Pas as a form of protest! Zahid Hamidi needs to accept this! The signal is very clear! One must not deny that Umno grassroot has spoken loud and clear during this state erections!

As i see it, Umno has serious leadership problem! Grassroot totally reject Zahid Hamidi! And the signal is very clear! Grassroot support Tok Mat to be new president of Umno! Doesn't take a genius to figure this out from state erection results!
So clearly, it's not green wave but the fact that Umno supporters have shifted to Pas due to their disgust over current president Zahid Hamidi!

As N Sembilan result has shown us, Tok Mat should be Umno president!

Oh ya, do without Zahid Hamidi before facing GE16!

Will PH going to remain in power post GE16! Yes, provided the economy is thriving, the current unity government is strong and stable! And rakyat kept busy with making money!
The thing is, rakyat are fed up with politics! Make them feel good, the rest will be easy! So PH, make rakyat feel good!

As for bursa, i think it should be good for the next few years! If PHBN really focus on task at hand! No more politics!

Anyway, it's time for Anwar to stop talking too much and focus on bringing in more investment and also create more jobs for malay youth! And perhaps time for Anwar to walk the talk, literally! You see, it would be much more effective for Anwar to 'jalan jalan makan makan' just like Bossku if Anwar wants to win majority malays! I believe, part of malays culture is that, they enjoy been close to their 'Bossku' of the day! Meaning, they want their chosen one to be just like them! You know, go pasar malam or pasar minggu or whatever, buy some 'pisang goreng', say hi how are you, chitchat! And go on grocery shopping meeting majority malays! This is the best way to win majority malays heart! I am sure of it! Look at Bossku!

As for green wave, the good news is, it has been restricted to hinderlands! Kedah, Kelantan and Terrenganu still remains with Pas! Can it be change, of course! But the other reason is Umno supporters switching to Pas! If Tok Mat was Umno president, it could have been avoided!
Anyway, let's see how Zahid Hamidi will react! He is a dead man, politically!

Or perhaps, there's a sense of neglect as Dap for years, under the Lims influence can't move on from the 'malaysia malaysians' that were brainwash into hardcore supporters!

On Dap side, i sense many local chinese didn't turn up to vote this round! Or in case of Penang, the candidates of LGE choices simply disgusting for them!

My take on Umno, PH better go all alone in GE16 without Zahid Hamidi! PHBN can only work if Tok Mat becomes president of Umno! This is the essence of Umno to remain relevant among majority malays! Clearly, Umno need new president and Zahid Hamidi should know this by now!
But i am sure you know i know why Anwar wants Zahid to be around! Because without Zahid, probably Umno would pull out from unity government!
But i believe, it's time for Anwar to make alliance with Tok Mat or else come GE16, Umno would be totally buried!

Here's my 2 cents! Penang lost a bit of support due to LGE kakis been fielded instead of Chow choices!
Selangor also lost a bit of support not thanks to Assmin still lingering support! So Amiruddin needs to do heavy lifting in order to bring back the fallen! Can be done!
N Sembilan was a good teamwork between PHBN! And been Tok Mat turf, it shows Tok Mat has proven his salt! Or else, Umno would have been total wipeout just like other states in Kedah, Kelantan and Terreganu!
The total wipeout of Umno in this hinderlands is due to Zahid Hamidi! As i predicted, Zahid Hamidi has become a major liability for Umno!

Politics!

Like it or not, china will suffer lost decade like Japan! Remember, Japan was once booming like China! Then, investors move to the 3 Tigers! Then to China! And now Mexico! Vietnam! Indonesia, Bangladesh! The list goes on and on!

China nowadays is totalling diffirent place! Gone is the days where jobs are plenty! US and EU investors will not invest anymore! Do you know Mexico is the new China! Yeah, Mexico is now US biggest trading partner replacing China! Nowadays, US getting their cheap fix from Mexico and it's so near too! Why didn't US done this decades ago! Oh, yeah, Donald Trump made that possible!

Actually, Anwar reply was justified! Indeed i saw the little girl with high tower attitude flashing victim card with idealism of meritocracy! meritocracy doesn't work! If put in full practice, the underprivilege will never step into public universities! My advise to those wanting to go to public universities, sit for STPM! You surely get a place like my son! Those who work hard will harvest the reward! From my our experience, Malaysia is indeed blessed me with great opportunities in the past!
Been born poor, gone through painful struggles in the past and now able to retire with millions, i have no reason to flash been victimize in Malaysia! And my son who was initially dumbass in primary chinese school and decision to transfer his to kebangsaan school so he can coup with sencondary schooling has been a blessing in disguise! After his STPM, he was offered to civil engineering in UM but he opted to further his studies in Singapore! Today, my son speaks bahasa extremely well thanks to his years in kebangsaan secondary school! And he also speaks mandarin well as he covered his basics during primary chinese schooling! The reason why we didn't send him to secondary chinese school is because, he simply felt overwhelmingly pressured! The thing is, kebangsaan offered him the chance to dial down and show his true potential! Fortunately, he didn't marry a malay lady, of else he has to forgo his favorite pork noddle! Hihihaha!

Overall, i am satisfied with PH no nonsense campaigns! But will it translate into PH voters! We don't know!
As for PN, their campaigns have been the same stale and toxic rhetorics! Nothing new and nothing to see! But unfortunately, they do have massive followers who will shallow everything!
This is where the silent majority of malays play their play! Will they vote with wisdom for betterment! Or will they go along with anger and unfound fear! Even five foot fortune tellers will not dare to predict!

However, Zahid Hamidi has been a big spoiler for PH during this campaign period! He seems not understand that making public bribe is a big no no! PH had become apologetic due to his blunders!

I urge every single local chinese and indians to come out and vote! Because we cannot afford to see worst case outcome for this state elections!
And perhaps, i hope that majority malays will vote with wisdom rather than be influenced with the old broken 'Demi bangsa agama dan negara' from PN front!
There's nothing to worry if PH wins! Because like it or not, local chinese and indians population are dwindling! And eventually Malaysia will see homogenous population of malays in decades to come! And the fact that many local chinese men are marrying malay ladies which strangely becoming a new norm nowadays!
And i am glad to see more and more chinese candidates who are field by PH who are very fluent in bahasa and sensitive towards majority malays! This is perhaps good development on PH side!

Anyway, the state elections will reach climax soon! And based on my wassap group, the jury is hard to predict! The silent majority indeed very silent! And on the campaign grounds, it seems PN has run out of steam with their usually toxic 3R play!
On PH side, they employ less dirty tactics and Rafizi Rahim has played his role very well in educating and explaining to voters!
On social media front, i am quite dissapointed that PAS no longer use half naked ladies to promote their party! This half naked ladies indeed has made green wave very strong during GE15! Indeed we have those fake holymen making the same islamic rhetoric! The anti DAP is not making big impact as the Lims are taking hackseat during this state elections!
However, it's quite disappointing too that most of Penang candidates are LGE kakis! So basically CM Chow will be forced to deal with hardheads if they win!
I dare not predict how this state elections will turn out! Perhaps we will see status quo remains which is the best outcome! But if PN dent Selangor and Penang, then Malaysia will go down the drain!

It have been extra busy this few weeks! My part time property business is booming! Me and wifey have beeen to and fro Singapore like almost daily! It has taken toll on us old birds! So we are taking few days off but our phones keep ringing! Even our daughter in law is complaining that she barely has time for her baby daughter! Preparing all those paper works indeed has become her full time job now!
So we have to employ one assistant for her! Luckily one of our neighbor who has finish STPM helps around! Boy, we never imagine at our retirement to have 2nd career!

Qqq! To be honest US, Canada or EU cities are turd! I really don't know why one want to take vacation there!
Me and wifey took a toured package to EU! Do i want to take another vacation there, no! Shitty! I rather go to Japan! My kind of cities!

New York used to be world benchmark for a supercity! Nowadays, it's a slum! Who cares if New York sink under the sea! During younger days, i used to be so proud of wearing NY cap! Nowadays, i rather not! New York is so embarrassing! I rather wear Osaka cap nowadays!

Fuel subsidy has been government burden since 2018! Before najib administration removed fuel subsidy! So blame PH for their blunder and current bloating deficit!
Anyway, i believe unity government will have to dial down fuel subsidy as more and more are switching to EVs!
Tesla should be major player in Malaysia by next year! We could see more and more Tesla on our road then! And BYD too will common by next year! We are entering a transition to EV!

Perodua and Proton will have to gear up too! ICE cars days are numbered! Like China, fewer and fewer car owner are stopping at gas station! EV has become a choice over ICE! The same will happen to Malaysia soon!

Haix! So unity government want to waste taxpayers money by introducing new card for B40 refueling! I say please! Don't!
With Tesla latest entry into Malaysia, more and more EVs will enter and drop their price too! Just let EVs come in with zero tariff for the next few years! I am very sure BYD will have no choice but to introduce their Dolphin at 70k!
I mean, BYD could follow Tesla style by directly selling to consumer here rather that go through 3rd party!

So yeah, it only take some hyping to get terap chinese China jumping up and down like nuts! Not only China, i was inform by sellers in Sarawak that koreans willing to pay premium for terap! So yeah, this fruit is going to be very expensive as supply is super limited at the moment!
It's going from poor man fruit to T20 choice!
Durian too used to be bloodly cheap! I remember me and my ex colleque going to this unknown public university durian farm and we pay the security guard some money so we can enjoy eating like no tomorrow! Anyway, the security guard is relative to one of our ex colleque so the privy is exclusive of course! I mean, back in the days, nobody even bother to pick the fallen durians! There was hundreds on the ground for easy pick! Dozen of use barely able to eat 3 durians per person! So there was just so many durians rotting!
So yeah, for would be millionare out there, plant terap! This fruit is very addictive too!

If i have 10 hectares agriculture land, the only fruit i am going to plant is terap!
I got to enjoy this fruit in Sarawak, and boy, the taste is just out of this world! All i see is the cash machine going bonker!
You know, years ago, i think i was the first one to foretold durian export to China as money making machine! Well, those are the days as even China able to plant and now sell them! So going into durian industry is no longer attractive! Thailand export their durians through the new rail cargo track all the way to China which Malaysia doesn't have!
