my advise, better don't have children! The education system is messy left and right! Vernacular, national or international, all have now turn upside down!

How about international school! Haix! I tell you, this LBGT thingy already been taught there!

My son finish his primary schooling in chinese school! We decided to transfer him to national secondary school because he complained he can't take the pressure!
Chinese school indeed tougher than national school! But then again, back then, national school was much more pleasant!
Subjects were lighter compare to today! Today, most national secondary students are going to burnout! And national school also becoming religious school!
As for vernacular school, it's also quite tough! Not easy! But compare to national school, it's better as religious element kept to minimum!

I hope local chinese and indians would take note! We are in different Malaysia nowadays! If you flash victim card, screaming shouting to be victim of majority malays, my advise, better migrant!
Because Malaysia is fast becoming malay Malaysia! Yeah, you may not like this as a fact! But reality is majority malays want Malaysia to be their home turf!
They have genuine hatred for DAP! And that's for sure! PAS is making inroad because UMNO is dying! And the reason UMNO is dying is because of corruption! Majority malays see UMNO as very corrupted malay party! Unfortunately, majority malays don't see PKR as alternative!
Instead, they saw PAS as their alternative! One must understand the reason why majority malays turn to PAS! It's not because of it's islamic fakeness! Because they see PAS leaders as corrupt free! Zahid Hamidi is seen as the most corrupted by majority malays! Hadi is corrupt free!
So this perception as PAS uncorrupt, drive 80% malays into their fold! It's not because of Islam!
So there's no green wave! What we witnessing is malay resonance! Yeah, even i can't explain this phenomena! Thanks to one of our client who is political science lecturer in Singapore that explained to me what is happening here in Malaysia! If PH consult him, i think PH would learn something from him!

Politics!

So have to play bursa! Well, RTS is going to be game changer for Johor! So i think RTS theme will be hot! In fact it's already is!
But i won't bother much with bursa! Decision is yours!
Another is the influx of foreign fun managers! But i won't bet on it! You see, US dollar already hit peak! It's only going south sooner or later! So fun managers will stir fry markets like bursa sooner or later! But like i said, i only go for sure RM1 profit margin nowadays! I won't be bothered with 2 cents profit! Bursa has been sad place for years now! Beside my current part time property business is just taking too much of time at the moment!

Going back to original topic, PMX Anwar has been mediocre of late! He seems lost after state erections! Knowing that only 20% majority malays support him must have hit him hard! And PH seems to lose revelance too! Unless PMX Anwar perform well and show us some economy miracle, i think PH will lost out GE16!
Only economic miracle can save PH now! Trying to play with current Malay Resonance will not help him! I will explain about Malay Resonance in difference topic!
But it appears PMX Anwar has fallen into the old tychoons nest once again!

Dollar is at it's peak! Eventually dollar will weaken as high interest rate bite into reality! And when dollar start to weaken, fun managers will play with neglected bourses like bursa! Decision is yours!
For me, i don't bother anymore! Gone are the days of easy RM1 profit margin! Until those days return, only then i will be active again!

We probably returning to the old good days of making money from bursa! But heck, i am not making any so far! In far, i have not been active in bursa for the longest time! So i leave it to seniors in i3investors to promote high return stocks!
As i said, i have sold Genm, and from the recent QR, it barely made profit! I am thinking of buying back for dividend but there are so many options for super high returns! Beside, why should i bother buying stocks when my property business is making me so much more!

I have notice that thychoons stocks have shot up of late! I wont' mention which stocks but they have gone up alot! I wish i have bought them earlier but then again, i am just ordinary malaysians who does not have privy to inside informations! I have tons of politics intels but basically uselesss when it comes to making money!
So yeah, thychoons stock are the best in making money in bursa! Go figure yourself which stocks!

Me, wifey and daughter in law are super busy lately! Our property business is exploding! Our daughter in law now has two helpers! We are making 30k a month and divide equally! Me and wifey nowadays would stay two or three nights in Singapore just to charter for our ever exploding clients! So excuse me if i rarely appear nowadays!

As for China, the great days are over! We will see many years of mediocre ones! Except for few bright spots like it's EV industry! China will remain world most dominate EV player definately! Then again, i could be wrong! Who knows down the road, Thailand will come out a major player! Who knows!

Anyway, China fallout will not dent world economy! Because this fallout is self inflicted in nature! We already knew this day will come!
US and EU already have their new supply chain going on! They can't be bothered with China anymore!
I won't mention the name of this new world factory! Let you guys figure it out! See if any genius out there already know about it! And no, you won't find mainstream media screaming and shouting about it either!
The thing is, mainstream media only see this country as very problematic! It's like mainstream media only talk about Kelantan and nothing else when Johor, Selangor and Penang are exporting goods all over the world! So yeah, mainstream media only talk about the one problem side and not the bigger picture of that country!

As i have predicted, China is in deflationary phase! Plenty of woes ahead!
For US and EU, China no longer their darling for cheap goods! There's a new world factory in town and it's just bordering US! Go figure!
And this new world factory not only border away, but also super cheap to transport their goods! It's like having your factory next to your garage!

I won't be suprise if Ramasamy join PN! All the signs are there!

So there! Economy miracle is one big hard job for Anwar! Making Malaysia great again is something near impossible! If he can pull this off, he doesn't have to talk, talk, talk and talk! He only need to make funny cute faces to drawn voters!
And yeah, please Anwar, go for makan makan jalan jalan! No need to hold long and boring ceramahs!!State erections have proven beyond down that Anwar has been talking too much and shown zero result!

For PMX Anwar, he need to totally focus on economy! As Bill Clinton puts it, it's the economy dumbass!
When rakyat feel so good about the economy and the road ahead is so bright, winning is so easy! Even placing donkeys won win hands down!
But at the moment, rakyat do not feel that at all! There's no reason to feel good! And so the devils are playing the 3Rs!
But PN can only go so far! Once they are the government, predicted post GE16, they too will see their popularity take a huge dive! When reality sets in, the euphoria of sentiments can only go so far! Rakyat will go back to the same bread and butter issue, or in Malaysia, roti canai and tea tarik dilemma!
If PMX can't pull of a long 4 years of economic miracle, i say, he can brag about how good he is in lecture halls! Seems Anwar is more suited in ideological classroom that in real world affairs!

Now, i have said before, i rather not talk politics! I read so many 'analysis' from so many veteran political experts! And despite their decades of observation, even they fail to see the obvious!

Anyway, Zahid has to go! Pardoning Najib before GE16 is better bet! Tok Mat replacing Zahid is the best option for survival of PHBN! Of course, i will get hantam left and right with this proposal! But again, as i said, PH supporters are in deep denial! Question is, do the remaining PH supporters want PH to suffer the same fate as BN! Of do they want to see another term for PHBN! The ball is on your feet!

Even more strange is Khairy proposal! Khairy want Anwar to pardon Najib, sack Zahid Hamidi and replace with Hisham! And the funniest of this dumbass proposal is for Anwar to reconcile with Mohiden! All i see is the side of Khairy that we don't see! Naive! No wonder Khairy got sack from Umno!

For PM Anwar, the recent state erections have been one big wake up call! PH hardly made breakthrough into malay voters! UMNO as predicted almost saw a wipeout!
But strangely, it seems Zahid Hamidi got plenty of backing from PH dwindling supporters! Every social media comments remain in deep denial and divert the blame elsewhere!
I am sad to say, PH supporters are the ones who are in a strange denial mode!
If this is the mindset PH supporters continue to ride on, i say good riddance! PH will not see another term!

Politics!

Have you notice everytime you watch something in youtube and those Pas fake holymen asking for donation in their paid commercial! I mean, Pas has the money to create ads in youtube and yet all they want is to ask for donation!
I believe unity government need to put a stop to this illegal thingy! That is why Pas keep getting so much money from public!
Make sure all social media are not allow to put ads asking for donation! No matter from who including government friendly NGOs! If they want to ask for donation, then they have to approach PLCs or corporate that can get tax relief!

Politics!

Come GE16, if Zahid Hamise still holding to presidency of Umno, it would be super easy job for PN! Umno will be totally wipeout for sure! That's why PN would rather have Zahid in Umno!

Jenova! Yeah, that's right! The only reason PN wants BN to leave unity government is just to dry them up like corpse! I mean, if Umno leave unity government now, it would be like double bonus for PN! Come GE16, PN only give unwinnable seats to Umno!

I was chitchatting with one of my customer today and one of his friend joined in! His friend happen to be someone inside PH inner circle, he did gave me some tips, wink wink!
Let's just say, unity government will announce major projects rollout! And it's going to keep construction industry very busy for the next few years! Major players in come in and invest! That's why current government is in hurry to get them build and running!
So there! Of course i won't tell you guys what stocks to pick! As usually i will scream and shout when i decide to sell! Hihihaha! Guess Grandpa Koon tricks have rub in deep with me!

The point is PHBN is the way to go! But Umno definately need new leader! To purge Zahid is better than to see Umno totally buried come GE16! It's up to all Umno leaders to realise this fact! If they want Umno to remain relevant, they Zahid needs to be purged!

To say Umno would leave PH if Zahid is gone is totally unfounded! After state erections, we know Umno is no longer needed by PN! Why allocate seats to Umno when Pas and Bersatu can win malay seats!

And to say Khairy will join Bersatu need further investigation! As Mohiden backstabed Badawi before! Khairy does not have interest to join Bersatu because of the bad blood between his father in law and Mohiden! And Khairy knows Mohiden will backstab him the moment he is not needed!
I believe if Tok Mat becomes president of Umno, Khairy will be the first to be recruited back!
And bare in mind, Khairy has very close relation with Rafizi! So Khairy would rather let Umno stay with PH that to cross over to PN!
But Hisham definately need to be booted out from Umno! Its better for Hisham to join Beraatu!

Let me put it this way! If Tok Mat helm Umno and Johari Ghani becomes his side kick, Umno would rejuvate once again! Bring back Khairy and Umno rejuvenation would be achieved!
The only problem with Umno is Zahid Hamidi! Zahid has turned Umno into his fortress! Those who went against him are now totally purged!
After this state erections, it's pretty clear Umno is no longer needed by PN! PN can wallop all malay seats! Umno voters have already switch to Pas! This is the hard truth! Unless a new credible president steps in, Umno is now a dead party!
N Sembilan Umno voters made it clear! They want Tok Mat! If Zahid continue to ignore this warning sign then Umno leaders must face the next state erections of Melaka, Pahang, Perak and Johor and see repeat of total wipeout!
It now or never for current Umno leaders to take action! Get rid of Zahid! If succeed, work with PH to face GE16! Because PHBN is the only option for Umno to remain relevant!
The thing is, Zahid was the one that implanted anti Dap rhetorics! And to tell Umno voters to vote for Dap is total insult for them! Tok Mat never said bad things about Dap! So the right 'marketing guru' for Umno is Tok Mat! He can convince dwindling Umno voters that Dap is crucial partner in ensuring malay interest are protected! Anwar already done his part by sidelining the Lims! Zahid cannot do the job as his Umno members have deep trust issue with him!
It's not just because of Zahid corruption charges rather his flip flop over major issues! Today no Dap, tomorrow love Dap! Today no Anwar, tomrrow, help Anwar! Zahid can't do that! He was the one that implanted all this nonsense in the first place!

So all up to unity government to stop politicking and do their job! Learn from Rafizi! Just focus on task! Zero politic! That's what rakyat what to see really!

So for me, after this few days, i won't even touch on politics anymore! Beside, i am way too busy lately!
I will invest more in bursa if foreign funds convincingly flows in! But at the moment i would just stay aside!
Beside, i do bought some stocks and they are still in paper loses! So i can't say much! I also dare not average down!
Just let it be and see if PMX can do wonder! Hopefully!

Of course political analyts wil have field days! But the thing is, state erections is over!
The outcome is not as bad as predicted! Status quo remains! It could have been worse if GE15 and state erections held together!
Beside PHBN only been government for the last 8 months! And i say they did a good job! Stable government too! Only PN keep shaking things up for BN to quit unity government!
Bare in mind, this unity government is decreed from Agong! All politicians must respect this very constitution alliance!
And bare in mind too, PN was given a chance to form government with PH first! BN was 2nd choice! Remember that!

Answer : There's no need for transfer of votes! That's why it called PHBN! The reason why Umno perform badly is because of Zahid Hamidi! It's really no brainer! Umno need new leadership!

PHBN is workable! Just get rid of Zahid Hamidi! Tok Mat is the right leader to helm Umno! Come GE16, with Tok Mat as president, PHBN should continue to govern!
And to those who wants Umno to join PN, be careful what you wish for! Majority malays will lose so much from this alliance! You don't what the whole malay parties to band together! Or else, they will sakau left and right! With PHBN, corruption can be curb effectively!

Problem with Zahid is, he is major liability! Everytime he opens his mouth, sure enough, lose voters! The only reason he stays around is to protect himself against any charges! If one cannot see this, then i say good riddance!
On the other hand, Tok Mat influence in N Sembilan shines! No brainer what Umno grassroot had in mind!

Ramasamy is an old bird! He should retire completely! He is echoing his frustration more than anything! Anyway, the real cause of Penang lame performance is because the Lims didn't listen to CM Chow advise! If CM Chow handpicked candidates were fielded, the result could have been much better!

If Tok Mat becomes president, Umno would be saved from further alienation! Pahang and Johor will remain Umno stronghold!

Truth to be told, the state erection result is not as bad! If held together with GE15, it could have been much worse! But those 8 months period saved PH from further damage!
Anyway the ball is in Zahid's feet! It would be honorable for him to step down! And for Tok Mat to take the helm! It would be wise for Tok Mat to rebuild Umno together with PH! PHBN formula is the painful pill to take but it's the only option!
I hope PHBN leaders would learn their lessons! For Umno grassroot, it's clear, it's not that they totally reject Umno, they just want the current president to fack off!

Not Bersatu pun Assmin! Assmin influence still strong! But i think it can be countered!

Anwar needs to learn from his mentee Rafizi! Talk zero politics but only go public during campaign period! And Rafizi has shown results!

Anwar fail to realise his mantra has expired! He lost his conviction touch! Even dumbass Sanusi is far better! Lesson much be learned! Talk less, show more results!

I doubt Amanah can replace Umno! Malays see the Lims as Amanah puppet master! I think PKR can do the job! PKR already made inroad in Kelantan! PKR need to work much harder to win majority malays! They cannot depend on Umno too!
