LKSGSH, something interesting happened base on latest news from our Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri :
KUALA LUMPUR: Zone A of Taman Klebang Jaya and Taman Pinji Mewah in Ipoh, Perak, have been placed under Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) from Dec 1 to Dec 14.
This was after both locations showed a sharp increase in Covid-19 numbers among workers in the Kamiya and Salutica factories located in the two areas.
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri said the EMCO was imposed as the factory workers live in the residential area.
He also said that 737 workers were screened at Salutica which unearthed 119 positive Covid-19 cases, while another 618 were waiting for their results. Of the number 89 of them were from Taman Pinji Mewah.

A leak from some posting in facebook revealed 4 covid cases (photo of their company circulated memo) was matched with the cases reported in mysejahtera yesterday (just key in the company name will check no. of cases within 1 km radius from the check point). Today, mysejahtera was updated to 19 cases !!

Many states are still under CMCO, if petrol consumption is low, how to fly high ?

As Jtiasa is not a pure plantation business, gain from recent CPO is less impact.

To recover back to pre-covid condition is still a long road to go; at least one year !

Good opportunity to accumulate at present price. The lower the price the higher dividend yield rate! This is due to received of payment of the water asset sold over 9 years. Although coming incoming is reduced due to water re-rating, no more operation in Langkawi and reduce of construction activities.

Great! Declared consistantly quarterly dividend of RM0.0165, so it is about 8% based on present price RM0.815

Collected some to average down the cost..still full confident as the booking was until end of 2021

This is important to SuperMx as it price will be used to justify for KLSE 30 Index list during this period !

As present price is within SBB of SuperMx based on last SBB ( RM8.25~RM8.75), just waiting thisnPuma to show it power !

Here is part of the TG annual report just released about the ASP :
Given supply constraints, higher raw materials’ costs will translate to higher ASPs. With the vaccine expected to be available mid-CY2021 as well as demand-supply balance unlikely to be fulfilled within the next year or so, ASPsare expected to rise until 1QCY2021 before levelling off and declining as supply catches up. ASPs are expected to normalised mid-CY2022 with average ASPs for nitrile and latex gloves to settle at USD30/1,000 pieces and USD22/1,000 pieces respectively.

As TG executed it share buy back; so i think this Puma will do the same is the share price dropped to previous level (RM8.30 ~8.75). So, a drop near to RM8.30 will be very good to get nasi lemak.

I want to get nasi lemak...

So, part of the contribution should be gloves, face masks and other PPE related items. SuperMax is produced gloves and face masks.

Just compare the tax paid by SuperMax for Q1'20 (7.48Mil) & latest Q1'21 (236.75Mil) which is more than 30x. Any tax (windfall tax) apply on top of existing tax? Besides that glove manufacturers have provided many jobs under present economic crisis.

If there is any windfall tax for the glove manufacturers, SuperMx should less impact as 35% profit is from its own oversea marketing channels.

During this pandemic, only gloves are demanded by all countries although economy is bad.

Further down to RM8.80 will be good to buy some units...

Matched some at RM9.4x , hope to get some nasi lemak by end session or by end of this week.

From the Q report prospect, the profit is expected further up for coming quarter (Q2'21) as the ASP is still in the uptrend, extra capacity from new lines started by end of Oct'21; and new profit contribution from Face Mask manufacturing.

Base on quarter report, here is the possitive items (Q1'21 vs Q4'20) :
- Revenue up 45.56% and profit up 97.57%
- Orderbook visibility is good (demand to remain buoyant beyond 2021 ;and oversold position as per q report) and prepayment received increased 30% to 1,161M from 892M
- Sustainability of ASP is good (are continuing to trend upwards and the highest ASPs have not been reflected in this current quarter. The OBM cum Distribution Business Model will exhibit even healthier & stellar performances in the coming quarters)
- Organic growth (additional capacity from new setup lines on time / other healthcare business such as contact lens division and Face Mask manufacturing are very positive.)
- Setup glove factories in USA and UK to strengthen the foot in its major market.
- Special bonus or dividend ( Pending to declare in AGM )

Today local funds (-81.6M) and retailers (-37.1M) were net seller. Foreign funds bought in +118.7M
So, many glove counters up most probably due to Foreign Fund!

Wow ! The result is better than my estimation (Q1'21:600~750M) ! So, just hold tight tight and wait for any special dividend !

Base on profit achieved by Careplus, i believe this Puma can exceed my estimation of Q1'21:600~750M ! Hope to Q report can be announced by end of 27th Oct !
Just assume 600M profit for coming 4 quarters (discount for ASP go down on Q3'21 & rule out extra prod line contribution in Q2'21 financial year of SP):
600M per Q = RM0.215 earning per share
Asume PE=15 ( discount for any uncertainty due to vaccine and demand after 2022 ; any any )
Fair Estimated Price per share = RM0.215 x 4 x 15 = RM12.9 !

Chance for this Puma challenge RM10.00 should be high!
