I dont have proper TA skills.. but it's based on my experience and observation. Liihen got solid support at RM2.7. As long as fundamental and performance doesn't get worse , the risk is actually quite little at this price. Just keep it and receive dividend, while waiting for the next waive of uptrend.

Last year capex was high due to building the new factory. I think this is the main reason for lower dividend payout in last fianacial year.

The third factory shall be commenced by this year (AR 2017)

If that means boasting the top line in the future, now should be the moment seriously consider to accumulate.

Once the revenue increases and raw material cost goes down, improvement on profit margin and higher dividend is expectable.

Take a look at Perstima and BPPLAS.

Revenue, profit margin and net CFFO are improving QoQ. Dividend is maintained. Couldn't ask for more in such challenging environment.
Dont forget capex is significantly lot in the past few years. Hopefully all these will turn into good outputs very soon.

Both Chinwel and Tongher are good Taiwanese companies in the similar industry, Like Harta and Topglov, Heim and Carlsburg... Just make your own choice.

Personally I like cookies a lot. I tried many brands in the market including Hupseng, Apollo, Hwa Tai, Cocoaland and Munchy.

Except PingPong cracker, their other products doesnt really taste outstanding. The delicacy is more or less the same compared to local peers, not to mention many more from oversea.

Hup Seng still gets the fare share of local market, but I dont think they are in the favourable position in terms of growth prospect.

Uchi is a very stable and countable company, and at its own league. I am not really worry if the price is not moving and in fact, I will invest more if the revenue keeps growing and dividend is getting more. My concern is if such a huge profit margin is sustainable in the future, in case competition is heating up.

This kind of stock is like defenders in a football team. When the striker(growth stocks) are not doing well, it ensures at least you won't loose the match.

I think recent pull back is partly due to price adjustment after the entitlement of ESOS.
Excellent profit margin and dividend payout companies usually enjoy higher premium on share price(higher PE). I doubt Uchitec PE will go as low as 12, but at 15 or below should be a good buy.
