Yes, covid19 is nightmare to insurance, but not due to medical coverage.
Local/international tradings, business and projects are paralyzed, resulting in less requirement for insurance coverage. They could be the main damage to LPI.

However are good things too, during MCO, less car on the road, less factory in operations, meaning probably less claim from motor and fire class insurance.

Hopefully it is just some kinds of asset revaluation, which is usually seen on REITS.

Those looking for dividend income: Amfirst, Arreit, MQreit.
Those looking for growth: Sunreit, Axreit, IGBReit,ytlreit.

The 3 latest quarterly realised net income has been stabilizing, and OPR is unexpectedly down rated on year beginning. Can expect reduced fiance cost. Rental rate is also improved to over 90%

Around 0.95 is a bargain, worth collecting.
