Be careful of dish washing activities by big players. Retail investors who cant stand watching this will give up earlier. Privatization could be one of the roads when owner have enough shares in hand and the price keep undervaluing.

@tanflash1314 Hi, I wont say they are great, but yes they are resilient amid the current challenging market environment, not to mention the super annoying ESOS which is finally over.

I have no question about the performance of their management team... but personally I have kind of feeling that they are not being friendly to the shareholders, especially retail like us.

Reading its quarterly report is a waste of time...full of figures that make you vomit without proper explanation. I guess the management don't even bother to explain to its shareholder. Performance review is so general that almost looks like cut and paste.

What I am trying to say, it is absolutely normal to aim for dividend when investing in stock, nothing to ashamed of. However, it must be a five star company's stock.

Like 冷眼前辈 always mentions, investing in stock is like doing business with others. Therefore stock market provides a chance for us to involve in any business without facing the actual business risk, like what you said.

However pls remember retail investors are only 'sleeping' partners and will not receive any salary or beneficiary from the company's daily operations. The only way we can share their real profit is via dividend distribution. I don't trust company that always needs 100% cash flow for capex or future development. It's either they are loss making or not sincere enough to the investors, my opinion.

The operation of new factory has been delayed due to slow down in demand..This is no good and should be worry about. My advice is do not rush thing, observe longer on how they overcome those unfavorable external factors.

Can never be wrong with IGBREIT.

What I like about Hevea.. The CEO and management are always confident and posses never-say- die attitude no matter how worse the operating environment is. More importantly they are investor friendly. Their balance sheet is clean and lean too.

I just feel that things will not go wrong in their pair of safe hands.

Most investors are waiting for the shares of company like this to drop further, so that can accumulate... meaning that not a lot of current investors are willing to let go. Do not expect its share price to drop substantially or you will be disappointed.

Historically, Uchitec share price is traded at higher premium and enjoy an average PE of 15 and above. You should be smilling in the dream if you can get close to that.
