There is no corporate development relating to the Group’s business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity, including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion except SKIN which we are quite optimistic.

2. Whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity and in this respect, you are required to comply with Paragraph 9.09 and 9.10 of the Bursa Securities LR;

We are not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of our Group that may account for the trading activity, that requires us to comply with Paragraph 9.09 and 9.10 of the Bursa Securities LR except a group of investors in i3 (namely cheoky, Icon8888, John Lu and recently pang72) promoting it will reach RM 80.

3. Whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity; and

As of to date, we are unaware of any possible explanation to account for the unusual trading activity except what we had mentioned on (2) above.

4. Whether you are in compliance with the Bursa Securities LR, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the Bursa Securities LR on immediate disclosure obligations.

even with the same throughput-production output...all malaysian petroleum producer will double or triple their profit due to significant premium our oil will have against other sour crudes..

this profit will trickle down to midstream and downstream players...

2020 might turn out to be the best year for Malaysia

I think IMO 2020 will boost Malaysian sweet crude production tremendously....
pretty sure it will have explosive effect on Dayang.

At that time SAPNRG is worth rm 4.80 but today only rm 0.30 mah...!!

last time in 2013 they sold at RM 5.60 (84M sale value of 15M shares)...at a premium of 4.43...when its NTA was 1.17 at 30th Sept 2013.

with current prospect and similar NTA...you discount 50% also seems very attractive.

pjseow, are we able to know at what price Naim sold its stakes to Datuk Amar? Guess it will only be known during financial reporting

he is from region (east malaysia) where the potential revenues are expected to surface...surely he knows what he is doing better than us...with that amount of money

seller could sell eyeing an even better return elsewhere...or for personal consumption reasons (i.e not investment).

but, the fact remains the buyer knows that he will be getting a good return albeit may not be as good as the seller's return

Impressive, upping utilisation without more capital investment. Like saying instead of turning on a machine for 3 hours to produce 3 hours worth of product, just turn it on for 12 hours then ROC goes up.

There is a bit of irony when trying to promote Dayang as high cash flow and high growth stock. Everyone knows to produce high growth you need capital investment, which means cash flow is going to suffer. High cash flow and high growth is possible if the stock's return on capital is say something like 30-50%. What is Dayang's ROC since 2007-2018? About 6.5%
