Problem with TM product and services is the deplorable customer service. Despite being pioneer in telecommunication, they suck at maintainenace, product improvement, creativity, pricing and above all care for customers. Their laidback attitude and lackadaisical manner is attributed to insulation by government, politicians and monopoly.

They have this thinking that since customers have no choice they can milk them dry with farked up product at astronomical price and hell raising customer service. What is the point of all the latest technos when customer still need to throng their outlets to sort out ISSUES. It's still like in the old days, wasting long hours for service.

TM, with it's infrastructure can and should be able to provide minimum 300Mbps unlimited data, free call, anywhere, anytime at RM30 per month without contract and deposit. If TM is able to provide this, other competitors will close shop.

First, remove your huge employee base, downsize departments, CUT COST.
