I never saw on my AA tickets that show no PSC charges, hemm..so anybody got NO PSC on their tickets?..if not, thats true, AA collected it but keep it for them self. That PSC is for what?. go and figure la, ask Mr. Google and MAV.

and as i mentioned earlier, AA never refund passenger for any flight cancel by passenger. Some reports has been made to MAV, its about time jer AA hv to act to pay back that money. it might be in double-digit millions oo..so can understand la why TF acting that way.. money talks la.

by the way, Malindo give back any PSC collected from passenger with no flight..but u have to go personally to their office or klia... so what about AA??.. if u count that every day x year = runs into millons in default !.

other things that AA should return is the PSC which they hv collected for passenger that never able to make the trip due to own cancellation, etc.. other fares AA can take, but PSC they must return to passenger..or via MAHB !..

Go and read MAV regulations. Airlines should return any PSC collected when passenger cannot make to flight for whatever reason , other than die..huhu. PSC if for airport management, NOT for airlines..
