announcement about money $675 million already bank-in on 16 May 2018 (3 months ago) and in fact, this has been reported in previous QR... i think current price 0.55 already consider this money. Before that Duta was only at 47 - 48 cents. Price olready appreciate 15%. Otherwise buta buta people will grab the opportunity to buy this share while still at 55 cent, IF they thought price will move up 10 cents at the end of this month.

the main issue here, what is the purpose for raising such a big amount $400 mil?..if to buy something beneficial to the company, than it would be greatly appreciated. 400 million huge amount ler... anybody got any idea?
