Gamuda is very serious in getting their payment, to that extend willing to initiated court proceeding, not like the other 2, just rider and yes man. They can throw spanner and drop ph water-face kaw-kaw by rejecting the offer, but i would expect there are more to come for them as well, in return of the big favor.

i saw the TA..moving south, that's why i monitor closely for any indication of breakdown. Good thing about this counter, no big shark around, so you have a little bit peace of mind, Only once in a while they come. Less volume and volatility, not worth for big shark to harvest $$$.

I would reject that offer, not just because its >20% below market value, but most importantly is losing 4.7 billion debt paymient from Syabas. in total..this deal shuld cost 7 Billion !!..taliworks issue not calculated.

Syabas should pay first, than can talk about selling Splash to state government. The court definiately will order Syabas to pay that 4.7 billion or banckrupt.... unless...other offers are in place to compensate that 4.7 billion loss. ..as far as i knw ler..

ph has to expdiate the offer to avoid court ruling that will order Syabas to pay billion debt..that will eventually makes selangor gomen runnging out of $$$.

How did they do that and who decided Gamuda share should stay below 3.90 cents?? this was not normal transaction and not based on market sentiment. Hidden hands always at work for this counter and some others, who interfere with BSKL computer?

Saw this many many many times..either up by few scents, or drop like hell. If like this in USA, sure somebody has to go to Jail for manipulation the stock maarket, but not here in Mesia and BSKL.

BSKL got con man and its about time they also get long vacation, ex-BN supportor full of crap. Hope TM can do something about it.

at the end of the day, keep watching the final transaction for this counter. Abnormal and manipulated transaction will make all the technical analysis data irrelevant for some BSKL stock counters coz it does not based on real situation or market sentiment.
