buy before epf make a move to push up this stock...it will be very eazy coz seller volume low.

than..epf should push all the 10 counter stock price to reduce the paper loss...hehe. They can do that overnight ler. Coz no matter how they say it, it still loss 6 billion !!, paper or no paper, realize or not realized profit/loss, at the end of the day the numbers on their account that really matter. 6 billion loss.

with management fee 6% from the total amount, it will be fixed upon hand over the finished project. But PDP aka sub-con company still can still make additional profit from running the show on behalf Prasarana (so Prasarana guy can just tidur and submit report to PM !). If the total cost estimated 4.5 billion, due to good management, able to get cheap material, cost reduction, etc..company can get 5-10 % profit lagi.

all confuse coz they use catchy word PDP and management fee...when in fact they should just mention that..prasarana sub-con the project.

i think it would be easier if you u guys imagine u are the Gkent company, or mrcb or gamuda, or what ever la. you are PDP and you got management fee, clear about that.

but, who will fork out cash/loan to buy materials, equipment, resources, etc to built the project? is t Prasarana or PDP??. for me la PDP is aka Sub-contractor ler..tukar nama to make it catchy..huhu. and for sub-con, everybody should know their function.

and one more thing, don get confuse with China man style doing business.. China bank, sub-con china man, pay contractor direct, even progress work only few percent, money already distributed in advanced. Like that, $2 company can stat doing business.

still making profits, only less Q2Q but overall, everything seems according to plan... i guess, early morning selling than recover in the afternoon. Why should the price drop so much when no loss recorded? .lets see how the market react tomorrow.. but it u think up, it will down, vice versa...hehe

Share buy back proposal is olso a good signal, means the company ready to enter the market to buy their own stock, of coz ler will be higher than existing price..huhu. I assume, buy back only practical when the stock is under value. Exp. use your $1 to buy something that has value 1.20.

PNB and bumiputra foundation, both PNB ler..holds 55.1%, way over simple majority. so why cant they just remove the top management of this company? perhaps you could elaborate on that. yes, they keep on selling..but only peanuts compare to the total share that still available, if they really serious to dispose their stake. stupid to do it dy by day..untill tua baru finished...huhu

epf got 14%, kwap 5%, asb 7% = more than 1/4 held by gomen investment arm. defensive stock as you may say. end of year, fly again.
