markets is being pulled down again by properties ruling by Customs Dept that comes out with GST tax............for individual that owned 3 properties, they need to register as GST registrant and charge GST when disposing their properties and filing of GST returns every 3 months.....................and for other properties owner that selling 1 acre of land also need to do the same......................crazy ruling...............how about the current RPGT (Real property gain tax)?.
