I sold ytlpower and bplant too early but no regret as live is too short to hold so many regrets, revenges or grievances against anyone.

By the way this year is a very good year for me and I wish everyone find their inner peace and success in their investment.

If you only take care of the top line with millions of cheap sales promotions and collected sales in advance of over RM 2 billion+
Come Q4 result what will be the revenue, EBITDA, PBT, PAT, operation cash flow and financing cashflow.
As as 31/9/2024
Cash flow from financing activities
RM '000
Proceed from borrowings 1,551,768
Repayment of borrowings (524,519)
Repayment of lease liabilities (2,621,956)
So still borrowing addition RM 1billion+ to get the operation running.
As what about BOD reply in EGM minutes?
Current lease liabilities of RM5 billion represent lease payment due within 12 months and will be serviced by operating cash flow for the next 12 months.

Pluch something from capA AGM minutes:
The majority of the liabilities of Aviation/AAX are lease liabilities of RM20 billion that will be repaid over the tenure of lease ranging from 12 to 18 years.
Current lease liabilities of RM5 billion represent lease payment due within 12 months and will be serviced by operating cash flow for the next 12 months.
Aviation is expected to generate positive cash flow to service its liabilities going forward, that is supported by valuation of both AAB and AAAGL under the DCF method.
So the question is with EBITDA Rm577M is that enough to pay lease payment due to lessors for the lease planes?
By the way as at 30/9/2024
RM'000
Current trade and other payables 4,635,016
Current borrowing 1,095,947
Current portion of long term debentures 290,261
Current lease liabilities 3,467,211
And etc

Another pertinent question that its minority shareholders have is probably whether Sapura Energy needs another recapitalisation exercise.
For the second financial quarter ended July 31, the company suffered a net loss of RM5.23 million on revenue of RM2.38 billion.
Commenting on its prospects in the earnings results, Sapura Energy says it is currently facing challenges due to lack of access to working capital and bank guarantee facilities, which in turn affected order book replenishment. These constraints have impacted the companyβs ability to secure two major contracts worth more than RM4.5 billion. Given this, its top priority is to complete the restructuring scheme to minimise the prolonged impact on the business, it says.
To complicate matters further, the company is currently embroiled in lawsuits and winding-up petitions. Try as it may, there seems to be no end to Sapura Energyβs financial woes.

When I bought Jayatiasa my aim is to build a portfolio that will give me good dividend. I only estimate as long as CPO can stay about 4000 it will be already very good.
So anything above that is extra bonus for me.

You need to work out the revenue for month Oct, Nov and Dec based on reported CPO and PK month average MPOB spot price and jayatiasa reported CPO and PK production.
It is still too early to estimate coming quarter ended 31/12/2024 earning.
But based on quarter end 30/9/2024 earning when quarter average CPO price 3935 and PK 2452 and Quarter ended 31/12/2024 should be much higher thus earning should be higher.

In case you can't understand the above mean:
EBITDA is expected to reach about USD 1 billion annually from 2026
USD 700-800 million will be used for repaying debt and interest based on todayβs interest rates
Balance FCF USD 200 β USD 300 million annually will be used either as dividend to reward shareholders or for business expansion.
And if interest rate drop, interest payment will be less and thus FCF will be more

Tiger groupers have been identified as a potential threat to human health through Ciguatera fish poisoning (CFP). CFP is caused when the toxins or marine algae bioaccumulate through the marine food chain, ultimately ending up being consumed by humans and it is considered to be the most common cause of human poisoning from fish in the tropics today. The toxins cause gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and neurological symptoms and there are currently no reliable tests to determine if a fish is ciguatoxic, and the poison is not affected by cooking or freezing.
