Jakarta. Indonesia is sticking to the “One China Policy” as Taiwan elected Lai Ching-Te its president in Saturday's election.
Lai Ching-te, the ruling Democratic Progressive Party or DPP’s presidential pick, secured over 40 percent of the popular votes in the election. The DPP does not acknowledge the One China principle, which sees Taiwan as part of greater China. Indonesia has been maintaining a strict “One China Policy”. And this position remains unchanged despite the election, according to Lalu Muhammad Iqbal, the spokesman of the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
“Indonesia is closely observing the developments in Taiwan. Indonesia will consistently adhere to the One China Policy,” Lalu said via text on Sunday, commenting on the Taiwanese election.
Indonesia last year said it would continue to recognize the One China principle when President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo met with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping in Beijing. According to the joint statement, Indonesia recognizes Taiwan as an inalienable part of China. Jakarta also acknowledges the People’s Republic of China as the sole legal government representing the whole of China.

Leno told me Insas reward shareholders by RI RPS with free warrants so I subscribe fully with 10% excess application.
So when Mike-tikus promote PA insas-WC shoot past PA and I sold all my WB and RPS and later bought more Insas.
Leno sold all his Insas and all in WC.
6 months back when Mike-tikus promote Jaks and true to my prediction history repeat again WC shoot past Jaks.
Will Leno this time round took some profit from his WC?

This is what US position on Taiwan:
The United States switched diplomatic recognition from Taipei to Beijing in 1979 and has long said it does not support a formal declaration of independence by Taiwan. It does, however, maintain unofficial relations with the self-governed island and remains its most important backer and arms supplier.

Insas:
Number of shares issued : 663,020,762 (excluding 30,327,291 treasury shares)
One of shareholder pose this question at AGM:
Insas has the following liquid assets of:-
1. Bank deposits and cash RM1,047mil
2. Financial investment assets RM256mil
3. Total cash and investment RM1,303mil
Its loan and preference shares
1. Loans RM242mil
2. Preference shares RM128mil
Total RM370mil
Thus, insas effectively has net liquid cash and investment equivalent of RM933mil or RM1.34 per share, why dividend of insas is a mere 2.5 sen or RM16.6mil payout.

Stony taken out what is rightfully belong to capA aviation and then dump capA avition to AAX for RM5 B valuation Is that a fair deal?
Capital A International shall be made up of Brand AA Sdn Bhd and Fleet Consolidated Pte Ltd
Both Brand AA and Fleet Consolidated are newly formed subsidiaries and do not have any revenue.
Brand AA is a brand management company. It is the registered proprietor for all the rights under the AirAsia brand.
Under a master brand licensing agreement dated May 31 this year, Brand AA has the right to collect royalty fees from AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd, Capital A’s aviation division.
Fleet Consolidated, meanwhile, will primarily be responsible for the procurement and delivery of the requisite aircraft for the aviation group based on the agreed allocation plan.
The proposed deal is to merge CAPI with Aetherium Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: GMFI), a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”) listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange for an indicative equity value of United States Dollars (“USD”) 1 billion based on an independent valuation of the AirAsia Brand.
Capital A International intends to generate revenue from brand royalty and the leasing of aircraft. Additionally, it will be involved in tactical acquisition, incubation and partnerships to provide platforms for entrepreneurs.

William Lai questioned "Is treating the R.O.C. as the sacred mountain of cross-strait relations meant to promote peace or bring disaster to Taiwan?"
Later, in a press conference after the debate, Mr. Lai clarified that it was a slip of the tongue when he said the "R.O.C." instead of the “R.O.C. Constitution."
So now can you believe the same person who question the ROC constitution will uphold the ROC constitution?
"So according to the constitutional order of the Republic of China, I will conduct cross strait affairs according to that system, so that cross strait relations can return to a healthy and sustainable way of exchanges."
