Current inventory would maximum last for 15 days Sales Revenue.

Reason is their through put rate 3.5 Million barrels a month and at least 50% of their inventory has to be crude.

90 days max shutdown poses a significant risk to their financial loss.

don't make sense, if KY can wait 2 years for a power plant to come aboard and buy forward....whats a 2 month glitch in refinery enhancement for better production capacity and better product?
