Yes Both Thplant & Bplant had debts of about Rm700 millions. Thplant also got Rm300 Millions in Sukuk Loans

So if we add total value at current price of 54.5 sen (883 million shares) about Rm481 Milions. Plus Rm1 Billions total debt it will be around Rm1.5 Billions (more or less Mr. Market has priced Thplant at current price level

Just do an Over View & Overall Calculation to "SEE" how undervalue is Thplant

It is Rm1.5 Billions divide by 240,000 Acres of Plantation lands

= Rm6,250 per acre worth of lands

Psf?

Divides by 43,560

= 14.3 sen Per Sq Ft

So if we buy Thplant at 54.5 sen we are actually owning All Those 240,000 Acres priced at 14.3 sen Psf

Mosaic Tile per piece per sq ft now is Rm4.00 to Rm5.00

Floor carpet is also Rm4.50 psf or more now

so Bplant has 2.54 times more shares than Thplant

And though Thpant share price now lowest it has the biggest plantation lands at 240,000 acres

to envisage how big is Thplant lands just take a good look at Penang Island

Penang Island total land area is 72,900 acres

Thplant 240,000 acres mean 3.3 x (times ) the size of Penang Island and the amazing thing is this

Thplant total paid up shares is 883 millions
and at 54.5 sen

the total value of all 240,000 acres land is valued at only

Rm545 x 883,000

= Rm481.2 millions

At 1st these 4 stocks all with over 200,000 acres plantation lands were all below Rm1.00
bplant, Jtiasa, Tsh and Thplant

Then Ltat took Bplant private at Rm1.55

now Market has awakened to Jtiasa strong fundamental and Jtiasa has gone up to Rm1.18

Tsh has also crossed Rm1.00 to reach Rm1.03

So Thplant at 54.5 sen is now the only laggard left below Rm1.00

So of all 4 above Thplant is now the cheapest and offer us a bargain entry not to be missed

To get one free Mkhop you need to buy 7 mkh shares at Rm1.45

Mkh already gone up double digit since news out. So there is no discount also as all already priced in

I see greatest value in Tsh at Rm1.03 now as we can get at 70 sen less than its peak price of Rm1.89 when insider bosses still buying

Plus another rm273 millions cash or about 18 sen coming in

Ok Mkh oil palm has 45,000 acres of oil palm touted to be in Ikn Nusantara (super boom time)

At Ipo 62 sen i think fully priced in and not much discount
But if buy based on ikn nusantara land boom then ok

Their lands are also priced like Tsh Resources around 11 sen, 9 sen and lower psf

Land prices in the very center of Ikn Nusantara has an asking price of the amazing value of Rm27.60 psf now

Research Houses and Malaysian Media are totally in the dark and ignorant of this

So i am extremely bullish on Tsh Resources as it has 94,700 acres of land in ikn nusantara or twice the that of Mkh oil palm

And after Inno pared down all its loans to zero Inno and started giving out good dividends Inno share price jumped from 50 sen to almost Rm2.00 (up 400%)

So just watch Tsh as we move forward

The time to shine for Tsh will come after Ijmplant, bplant and jtiasa

Perfectly ok if you know the reason

Drop in Ffb by 12% due to disposal of 32,000 acres land in Bulugan Regency

But gained Rm731.09 millions

And profit was double digit in 1st portion over 20 sen

Yet to be received 2nd portion is another 18 sen double digit profit

And from here Tsh's interest payment will drop to zero

Tsh will then be as healthy as Inno in balance sheet

2. Almost all Ffb harvested are sent to own mills on time for processing into Cpo. Only ones near Bintulu too far from mills are sold to outside mills
In this way we see a huge jump in Jtiasa overall production compared to others

For Spore our Focus is only on this one now - Bumitama which is in pure upstream. I got a little bit of Wilmar which is not doing well.
Wilmar has to pay very high price for Ffb and Cpo to process into downstream products like cooking oil, soap, oil fats and others
With Indonesia telling cooking oil producers to sell at discount to domestic market Wilmar is suffering

So only pure upstream will do well
Those that only got lots of palm oil estates produce the most ffb like Jtiasa and Tsh will do very well

Yes both jtiasa (malaysia) as well as bumitama (spore) in year suffered because of selling future stocks too early

At that time Cpo was Rm2700 and suddenly jumped over Rm3,000 to Rm3200

Never see Cpo above Rm3000 to Rm3200 for a very long time so they locked into these prices thinking already too good to be true and might retrace back below Rm3,000

And this wrong derivative move caused underperformance when Cpo prices gone higher and higher to their dismay
But that is not permanent and just a one off mistake in calculation
After that is business as usual with the happiness of such high prices of Rm3,994 now

Anticipated to decline to Rm2000 cost of production for year 2024

I think could drop below Rm2,000 possible


Fcpo now Rm3,994 the gross profit is almost reaching 100%

Such high gross profit margin rarely possible in any industry anywhere on earth

This amplification of gross profit if Cpo can just maintain at this price range of Rm3600 to Rm4200 should see palm oil as an industry offers the best real growth in Malaysia - far far better than property, construction, e&e, utlities, banking and all others
