Penny stocks scams are every stock mkt. Look no further than in so called developed mkts like HK and Spore where they also hog daily trading activities. There is only so much regulators can or know what to do. When one is a stock exchange but is also listed at the same time, always a dilemma between regulation and shareholders' return and also between over regulation and free mkt.

At the end of the day, just stay far far away fr such stocks and focus on quality. BUYERS BEWARE.

So want to just test my investing skills here. Also like PGAS, PERSTIMA and PTARAS. As you can see, all fundamentally sound, cheap and high div yield.

Don't just focus on the selling. There are also smart money quietly collecting. If you wait for daily transactions to surge, it will be too late to buy cheap.

Seems like a temp bottom has been reached. Reluctant to go below RM8.04 while waiting to see next result and dividend. For a perspective of the price, it was also around RM8.04 on 6/1/21 and shot up to around RM9.52 on 29/1/21. Went ex div of 34 sen on 19/2/21. Value buy now before coming interim div? Don't forget the extraordinary gain fr the CME sale 2 mths ago. Another big special div? Go figure.

Another year of high and special dividend for sure. 4 reasons:

1. Trading vol remained high
2. Monopolistic all cash business with little debts
3. Need very little capex
4. Govt needs the money

When infrastructure, construction and property make a comeback which is just a matter of time, this company will be the first first to benefit because of its reputation, trust and credibility. That time will be too late to buy already. Go figure.

Another stable and profitable qtr fr this well managed and prudent company in a very difficult industry and business condition due to the covid crisis. Congrats and thank you to the board, management and all staff for the good work. Keep it up and hope you will grow exponentially post pandemic.

While its always good to buy cheap for an excellent blue chip, don't target it too low or you will miss the boat. Don't be like those who knows the price of everything but the value of nothing. Nobody knows where or when is the bottom. Trick is to know the valuation and to invest slowly and consistently. Nowadays brokerage is so low and can just slowly buy 100 or 200 units at a time, no need 1000 units or more at one go if lack of funds.

wah free tuition for regulators who are blur blur and cacat for years don't know what to do other than just issue UMA query. Bursa, SC, MSWG etc, are you watching, listening, learning or still sleeping on high gaji buta? Don't just salivate at the daily high fake volumes to report good earnings and high div.

Best combo: earnings good, div good and price get cheaper. Small investors can buy cheap and benefit. Better than so called smart and savvy big fund managers holding at high price hehe.

Why would this Teh fella sell at RM2.50 when the NTA is more than RM9.00 and when he got the shares at RM2.84 back in mid 2015?? I smell a rat and some scam taking place. I hope Bursa and SC will investigate their corporate governance. I have heard this Yeoh fella has a very very bad reputation of ripping off minority shareholders like what he did to Kian Joo but this is ridiculous.

excellent result for 1st qtr. if can maintain or better for the rest of year, very likely will declare higher dividends.

Based on the previous 3rd qtr result, coming 4th qtr result is likely to be good. Hopefully dividend will go back to pre pandemic level of 30 sen per financial year.

with the gradual opening of travel, their toll operation will do very well fr now on. I travel almost daily on their grand saga highway and can see first hand the surge in the vol of vehicles. will be great for their cash flow plus possible higher dividend

Likewise if you argue like this, their losses for 3 qtr ended 31/3/20 announced on 29/5/20 was also fake due to investment losses. Must be fair and tranparent in your argument. Otherwise will sound like a sore loser or sour grape.
