MIDF研究表示，预料大马2017年5月原棕油库存按月增长6%至170万公吨，主要假设包括产量按月增加7%、以及出口按月成长也达7%水平。

MIDF研究对2017年原棕油价格预测，维持在平均每公吨2725令吉，预料原棕油价格走高7%，将不足以抵消产量下跌15%的冲击。

该行对整体种植业保持“中和”评级，首选种植股为吉隆坡甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植组），给予“买进”及目标价为29令吉25仙。

肯纳格研究指出，随着大马今年4月原棕油库存数据出炉，该行将今年第二季的原棕油价格交易幅度定在每公吨2550至2800令吉之间（之前为2700至2900令吉）。2017年全年原棕油价格预测则保持平稳在每公吨2550令吉。整体行业维持“中和”评级。

丰隆研究指出，大马今年4月原棕油库存按月增3%至160万公吨，按月产量增加5.8%，部份影响受到略增出口所抵消。这比彭博社预测中介数163万公吨稍低，市场预期较高产量所致。

大马今年4月原棕油出口按月增长1.4%至128万公吨，中国及欧盟市场需求强劲，部份抵消印度疲弱需求劣势。两家货船调查公司──ITS及SGS皆表示，截至今年5月首10天，大马原棕油出口取得双位数成长。

达证券指出，印尼在2017年5月至10月的生物柴油分配额下调以及气候变化，将拉低今年下半年的原棕油价格。预期原棕油产量有增无减，也对下半年原棕油价格“雪上加霜”。

达证券指出，美国农业部最近预测，全球2016/2017年的大豆库存将走高至9010万公吨（较市场预测为8750万公吨），至于2017年及2018年预测为8880万公吨，依然比市场预测的8670万公吨来得高，这使大豆期货价格，略为下跌至每蒲式耳970.25美元。


丰隆研究指出，该行将2017年及2018年的原棕油平均价格预测，维持在每公吨2500令吉，对整体种植业保持在“中和”评级，该行预期原棕油产量复苏，料将被偏低的原棕油价格所抵消。

observing the price chart of crude palm oil, it hit a low last month , now gradually climbing to higher level, due to strong export demand,.so we would see better earning for plantation stocks;l.current stock price is attractively low, if investors can hold 6 months or more, i estimate ,they could reap healthy return.

LUXCHEM扩大制造业务产能　理建挥军东南亚


（吉隆坡5日讯）鑑于大马市场成长空间有限，加上竞争者日渐增多，理建（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）放眼未来将业务扩大至整个东南亚区域，尤其是人口分别约为2亿6000万人和1亿人的印尼与越南，而第一步将是扩大其制造业务产能，以备不时之需。

理建董事经理兼首席执行员邓英仕在今日的股东大会后向媒体表示，大马虽然仍是公司最大市场，但其产品亦销往海外多国，包括现已建设办事处的印尼与越南；海外市场目前为公司贡献约30%营业额，若将来其制造业务可进一步成长，将有助于扩大该公司的海外业务。

「我们计划在今年结束前，把旗下马六甲不饱和聚酯树脂（unsaturated polyester resin，UPR）工厂的产能扩大20%到25%，同时，增加去年收购的TransformMaster工厂（TM）之工作班次，由原本的1班，提高到2班。」


至于TM工厂的产能将扩大至什么程度，邓英仕指出，需要看市场需求而定。

他亦补充，该公司今年还会花费300万令吉，在巴生建立一座仓库。

「在理建的两大核心业务中，化学品分销业务门槛较低，而且在海外还要面对争取销售代理、建立营销队伍等问题，但生产自家产品的制造业务则不同，对公司发展形成较为稳定的支撑作用。」惟，他点出，与受保护的大马市场不同，海外市场需面对来自国际间的强大竞争，赚幅可能受压，出口业务未必是十全十美的选择。

巩固老三地位

根据理建2016年报，其化学品分销业务占总营业额73.84%，制造业务只占26.16%。

此外，邓英仕透露，目前其UPR工厂的产能为每年3万吨，产能使用率接近100%；而TM工厂的产能则是每年9000吨，主要生产胶手套业所需的胶乳成份、相关化学剂和分散剂（dispersant）等。

「理建收购TM工厂的目的是，进一步巩固我们在本地胶手套业中的位置；目前，我们可说是大马市场前3位的供应商。」

当被询及目前TM工厂对理建的贡献，他表示，该公司仍在消化这一收购案，TM工厂的发展仍在初始阶段，在2016财政年（12月31日结账）的贡献不多，仅约3000万令吉，或逾4%的营业额。

邓英仕指出，国内各大手套制造商，包括顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业股）等所谓「四大天王」皆是理建顾客，而大马手套业在全球极具竞争力，因此若本地手套业兴旺，该公司亦会随之扶摇直上。

「在我看来，手套业、建筑前景依然黯淡，故维持该股「守住」评级及63仙的目标价。

丰隆投行分析员认为，行业前景料将疲惫，但因合顺油气的收购计划及筹资计划已明朗化，所以将该股的评级上调至「守住」，并把目标价调高至72仙。业的发展，还有理建在印尼与越南市场的表现，都是公司未来的潜在推动力。」

在UPR制造业方面，他透露，理建是大马市场的龙头，但台湾新竞争者的UPR工厂将在今年杪开始运作，届时相关行业的竞争将会升级。

据了解，这家来自台湾的公司是长兴材料工业（Eternal Materials），其本地UPR生产线的产能与理建大致相当。

无惧竞争

面对竞争，邓英仕表示，理建无所畏惧，只需做好本份，但该公司的营运环境充满不确定因素，如外匯走势，原料价格起伏等，因此，即使今年首季（截至3月31日止）业绩大好，他亦不敢过度乐观，只称公司今年业绩应会与去年相当。

理建今日微跌0.61%或1仙，以1.64令吉挂收，全天成交量为31万6400股。
