Sime Property share base is too big. Dividend and EPS also lost to MahSing. I have studied almost all of the property companies. MahSing is the best in terms of valuations. What further differentiate MahSing among its peers is the management.

in my 31 years inside KLSE, i have never known that you can google for the latest quarterly financial results without being announced yet. This is something new to me...

even if it gets lower later today, for the future, it will still continue its uptrend. PROVIDED its quarterly results are good. That's what we called investing.

@5354 if you want high NTA companies, you should buy only property companies. They have high NTA because of land ie fixed assets. All these NTA is not going to help you make your business to generate cash/revenue/income except only for disposal of assets; land development, or going under receivership.
